These three guys were very personable and extremely hard working. Robert Hacker, Henry Hacker and Gerry Hairston. Hard to believe how much they accomplished in two days.

Tar Heel Basement systems sent a crew to my house to install their Wall Anchor System. The three man team of Josh Watson, Nathan Griffin and Robert Walls did an outstanding job. They arrived in a timely manner, reviewed the process with me and completed the entire job in a matter of hours. The guys were helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. They did a great job both inside and out, they left no mess and replanted grass seed in the escalated area. Thank you guys. Great job!

Everything about it was great. Tyler was the representative I originally spoke with who came to make house and gave me my estimate. He was fantastic. He was very friendly and personable, and he thoroughly explained everything. And he was very easy to reach whenever I needed him. And the men who came to my house to do the work were amazing! Their names were Matt Mounts, Stephen Foster, and Tim Witherspoon. They did an amazing job! Everything was very clean and covered! And they did the entire job in 2 days instead of the 3 that was estimated. And when they left it was as clean if not cleaner than when they got here. And I loved the fact that they were all very nice and very trustworthy people. They were very polite, yes sir and no sir, and they just really stood out as great individuals. I sincerely wish that everyone who came to do work at my house was as respectable and trustworthy as these guys were. I was very happy with everything Tarheel Basement did for me from start to finish!

Ian was the foreman on the job at our home. He is a very hard worker and did a great job. Shawn & Monte worked just as hard and were very thorough on the job as well. You have a great crew representing your company on the install side! We will definitely be recommending you guys!

I worked with Dave Berenton and everyone I spoke to was responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with the work that was done to correct the chimney structural problem and driveway/ sidewalk cracks. We began with a mold problem and Tar Heel helped to determine where the problem was and fixed it. I highly recommend their work.

We had an excellent service team including Gary Hacker, Dillon Yancey, and Thomas Boswell. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and worked well as a team. They answered all of my questions and had easy to understand explanations. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after they were done. Our 90 year old basement never looked as good.

Great to work with. Tim the sales guy explained things to me in detail and was patient while I made up my mind. Once the crew, Ian, Shawn and Robert W. got there, things continued to go really well. From phone calls to tell me what time they would be there, answering all my questions and taking the time to show me the work and explain what it all does, they were extremely courteous and professional. I had moisture issues in my crawlspace since I purchased my home 8 years ago. Not addressing this problem earlier contributed to moisture problems in the living area and some deflection/settlement issues (cracks) as well. That's when I called Tarheel Basement Systems. My experience was excellent from the initial visit with Marvin, who examined my home and helped me design a plan that fit my needs and my budget, to the crew, Kenny, Raul, and Juan, who installed my system. They arrived on time, they finished the job on time, great communication - I'm happy with my new waterproofed crawl space.

Came on time. Finished on time. My garage was built in 1930 into a hill side. Water problems were evident when I purchased the house. I could not store anything in the garage, I call Tar Heel Basement and they waterproofed garage, installed special membrane to walls and installed sump pump. My garage is moisture / water free, wall are nice and bright and I am able to park my car in the garage. Very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable
