Robert and Aaron were an excellent team. The work was done when and as promised, with minimal affect on the lawn. Both the basement and side yard were cleaner than before they started work They were highly competent and polite, and the work was finished on time and was high quality. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jalynn Brown and Michael Crump With Tar Heel Basement Services were so professional! They removed our old insulation and vapor barrier from our crawl space and installed new insulation and vapor barrier. They did great work and we are very happy with the results! Tar Heel Basement Systems installed the drainage system in my basement. I have had many contractors in my house over the past 10 years for major renovations to smaller jobs. Tar Heel Basement Systems (Robert and Steve) hav by far exceeded every contractor in quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic. Robert and Steve took their time to do everything perfectly. Also I have never had a contractor as meticulous as these two in making sure dust and debris was kept to a minimum. This type of job is extremely dirty and dusty and they were cleaner than any other work I have had done. I am elated that this is the first contractor I have not had to argue with over sloppy work. They do everything right the first time and are not rushing to get the job done. I wish I could hire these two for every project I have in my house.

Tar Heel Basement Systems completed encapsulation of the crawlspace of my home and installation of a new dehumidifier (and removal of old plastic installation). Service by Raoul, Matthew, and Juan was excellent, professional, and fast. Great quality of service!

Tarheel Basement Systems is the reason my 125 year old house is standing. When I bought the house a few years ago, they did an excellent job making my house structurally sound with metal beams and jacks. They showed up on time and worked diligently in a tiny space. They did a great job back then and every year they come back and check over all the work, tightening things up, and checking for any issues. Our yearly inspection was last week and I am so grateful that they wiggle through the crawlspace each year. This year, Eric found an electrical wire that was sparking against the wooden subfloor of my house! A mouse had chewed away some of the wire insulation. He notified me and I was able to get the issue fixed quickly. The location of the wire was hidden in a small corner behind some plumbing, the electrician was amazed it was noticed, and I am very thankful that I found out before we had a house fire. Over the years I have been extremely impressed by their consistently excellent work. Extraordinary people doing amazing work!

The job was encapsulation of our crawlspace & installation of a dehumidifier. Technicians David, Payton and Blaze were professional in all aspects of the job, and the result is beyond amazing. Would definitely recommend Tarheel Basement Solutions.

Excellent service! From beginning to end! Ryan was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about how to fix my chimney. He didn't try to "sell" me more than what was actually needed. Josh, Robert, and Peyton were very professional and very good at what they do. They went above and beyond the actual repair by digging a small drainage channel so water wouldn't pool next to the chimney and house. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Marvin came out to give estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. James and Reggie came to do the work and did a great job. Explained the process and updated on the progress. Quality of work was great. Would highly recommend

WOW ! I was blown away by the Professionalism, Expertise, Work Ethic, and Friendliness of the Team of Todd (Team leader) Ashley, Jalen, and Jason during the two days they were here to correct the damaged foundation of my home. As some with 28 years of Human Resources Management experience, I was particularly amazed by the way each member of the team worked effectively and efficiently without task supervision and in spite of 90+degree temperatures and high humidity. Gotta give these troops 5+ Stars. OORAH !!!

My experience with TarHeel Basement Systems was exceptional. The crew leader,Gary Hacker, along with his crew of Jose Ramirex Morelos and Joseph Dillon Yancey were on time every day, efficient and very clean. They were consistently working and went above and beyond to make sure that our project was exactly what we wished.
