 + -1 moreThe representatives for the company called ahead of time and stated they were on their way. They showed up in the time frame stated, explained what they do and how they do it; asked us what we expected and wanted done and promptly began work. They were patient when I needed to move my cat into an area they wouldn't be working in. The furniture was protected and moved where we wanted it moved. They were professional and quick and were able to clean stains that had been in the carpet for a while. It looks great and is clean. I'm only sorry that I didn't have them do the sofa and loveseat.

 + 0 moreThe gentleman who arrived to steam clean arrived early, and was very professional. He was also very courteous, and got right to work. He was very diligent and completed the entire job in a short amount of time. He even informed us that he could apply some scotchgarding to protect against future stains. Overall the experience was excellent and I will definitely use this company again. Very pleased with the quality of the job too!
Description of Work: We had our sofa, loveseat, stairs, and entire upstairs carpeting steam cleaned by this company.

 + -1 moreSteam Source did a great job. The closing on my house had been rescheduled and then delayed and Doug and Zach were flexible in working around my schedule to make it happen. When they did the job, they took the time to explain their process, took time to do the job right, and made sure I was happy before they left, and then with a follow up phone call a day or two later. In a world of declining customer service, these guys are top-notch. I would never have anyone BUT Steam Source clean my carpets and I have recommended them about 4 times already. They do a great job!
Description of Work: Steam Source came in to completely steam clean about 1000 sq. ft. of carpet and Scotchguard a few selected areas.

 + -1 moreThe rep on the phone was helpful and efficient. I was able to get the cleaners here in two days. They were on time and called to tell me they were coming. They introduced themselves when I answered the door. They were very nice young men. They did a great job on the carpet and furniture. Additional services were offered but not pushed on me. In fact, in some areas they didn't even think I needed the extra services. PLEASE NOTE: This is the same company that is listed with other phone numbers. They have 3 numbers so it is a local call all over the area.
Description of Work: I had the carpets cleaned and deodorized and the furniture cleaned and scotch guarded. It all needed to be done because it was beginning to smell like dog in the house.
