I have never been more satisfied with a cleaning company than I am with Steam Source. The list of services they provide is extensive and exactly what we needed to provide our clients with an extra layer of protection against the spread of COVID. They arrived ahead of schedule, worked very efficiently and were very courteous. They made the entire process so easy and left our 10,000 square foot business in great shape. I highly recommend this company and will look forward to using their services in the future.

Great Job! Made my carpet look like I'd never thought it would again. I was surprised at how clean my carpet was. Matt did an excellent job. I told some of my neighbors and he made time to remove some stains they had on their carpets. They were pleased as well. Steam Source is superior all around. The technicians were very professional and arrived early after giving us a call. They worked for nearly 3-4 hours cleaning all that we had asked, including the area rug I had forgotten about. They did a marvelous job getting out as many stains as possible, given that we haven't had carpets or furniture cleaned in probably 20 years! Everything looks brand new and so bright. I can't recommend Steam Source enough and will definitely call them again.

I sat at the kitchen table and got caught up on some old mail while the guys did their job. Before I knew it they were finished. My floors looked great.

They do it once a year. It takes less than an hour to complete. It is just one guy. It is a small area. There is no clean up. They take care of everything.

Amazingly well! Not only were the two guys super friendly, incredibly professional, and as efficient as possible, my carpets are literally sparkling.

Steam Source scheduled my carpet cleaning for the day and time I wanted. Showed up on time and it took less time than I thought it would to complete the cleaning. I have dogs that do not use the pee pad if you know what I mean so the stains in my carpet were terrible. They looked fantastic even after they dried. I will use Steam Source for all my carpet cleaning needs.

They were professional, efficient, and did a thorough job. They moved the furniture to get as much of the carpet as they could. They did the whole house! The living room, two bedrooms and the hallway. They are true to their word. I have had carpets cleaned in the past, and Steam Source just had this down to a science. My carpets were filthy and they cleaned everything! They drew out the stains and they didn't even saturate the carpet. They were friendly and did everything with ease. They did an excellent job. I will be using them again soon.

They worked with me on a date for cleaning and were punctual. Both gents wore covers over their shoes. We went through the areas to be cleaned and I pointed out the areas of most concern, including the aforementioned tea stain. They made no promises; apparently hot tea can burn in the stain. They sprayed the area twice with their coffee/tea removal agent; it worked. They did not move the bed. They asked if I wanted stain protection added; the price was reasonable so I took it. SteamClean also has a frequent buyer program; you can earn a free cleaning after a handful of cleaning jobs. I am pleased with the service and would use again.

Mike came over and did a wonderful job on the couch. It looks like new now, 10/10. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others

Kip telephoned about 1/2 before arriving within the time slot provided. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and went right to work. Total time it took to steam clean 2 rooms and a stairway was a little over one hour. He left me with immaculately cleaned carpets and my furniture was put back in place. I would definitely recommend Steam Source. Good work.
