Kip was on time, professional, and meticulous. I asked him to be careful of the newly painted baseboards and he took extra care to make sure there were no scuffs. All areas look fantastic. Kip is awesome. It looks like a new house!

We had a carpet cleaning company scheduled for APRIL 24, the day before we had guests from Arizona to arrive. No one showed up and needless to say, we were upset. After leaving a message to Steam Source and telling them of our plight, we received a call back in a very short time and they made arrangements for us to clean the carpet before our guests arrived that afternoon. What a life saver they were.

The technican (Kent) was a pleasure. He was professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Guys did really well-arrived on time and very professional Went over services and expectations-explained different causes of stains and effectiveness of there treatment. Cleaned everywhere well except few spots that were expected-gave us tips for those areas

Rugs were cleaned well, but not wrapped for shipping as requested. Work was well done, but not quite as requested. This vendor has done other work for us at the house and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Their price, quality, and work are bad. The people that they hire are criminals. They stole things out of the apartment, ripped you off, forced you on arm and leg, stole your credit card, and sent people to your apartment. We used them for very long time and just outgrew their selves. They really did not care anymore if they are hired and did not care about us.

The cost of the job included Scotch Guard to help protect the chair from future stains.

They were very professional and did a great job. It took about 30 minutes and the carpet smelled clean and fresh. We had a large stain on our rug and they took it with them to clean in their office. The brought the rug bag and not signs of the stain.

They did a good job. They came out right away. They were honest like if something wasn't going to be worth cleaning. I would use them again in the future.

Two individuals arrived at the appointed time and quickly went to work. Two of the three pieces they cleaned are shared equally by three people and four dogs. We not only allow our pets on our furniture, we encourage it so those two pieces had started smelling more like dog than sofa. They worked for about two hours and left each piece they worked on clean looking and smelling good.

They were very prompt and they did not miss anything. They are professional. They use eco-friendly cleaners. They let you know about spot treatments up front.

They were in contact with me quickly to set up a time to pick up the oriental rug and schedule the upholstery cleaning and pressure washing. They called before arrival, were very cordial and professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done and set right to it. There was an area that had been slightly damaged by a previous pressure washing by a different company, and they pointed that out to me and actually made it look better. Both homes sparkle! They did excellent work at a very reasonable price and made a follow up call to make sure everything was okay.

They called again that morning to let me know when they would be there and they were there right on time. The two young men were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I called for an estimate to get the living room upholstery cleaned for my Mom and Dad. I spoke with Allen about prices and asked when they were going to give the special like they had in December with this being April. He said that he could go ahead and give me the Dec. special price for 1 sofa and 1 chair. I also had two additional chairs to be done. I set up an appointment for the following day and he said that they would be there between a 3 hour period and they would call 10 min. before coming. The cleaners came at the beginning of the time period and they did call. My parents said that they were very friendly and did a great job. They were helpful in moving any table that was in the way and answered all questions. I and my parents were pleased with the whole experience and I would highly recommend this company.

These people are everything you could want in a carpet cleaning & repair company. Professional, friendly, punctual, effective, and very reasonably priced. I was worrying about how to prepare my home for the cleaning because we were having the carpets cleaned while we were still in residence. They said "don't worry; it's our policy to make things easy for the carpet owner." And they did. When they're done with an area, they put the furniture back on little plastic blocks so that the carpet can dry underneath; anything with legs had little squares of strong, pliable plastic under each leg. Bonus: All their chemicals are Green. And their price was lower than i expected. The $311 included Scotchgard in all five rooms, plus repairing the burn. Our pale gray carpet was glowing when they finished.

The servicemen called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time, were very friendly, professional, and kept us up to date on their progress. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely use this company again.
