Description of Work: We have used Quality Heating and oil for over 8 years now, coinciding with our home purchase. We use them for servicing our gas logs/fireplace and for the purchase of our home heating fuel. From the customer service folks we talk with when we place an order to the delivery person who comes to our home, we have always been pleased with Quality Oil Company's prompt service and professionalism.

Description of Work: I agreed to a Preventative Maintenance Program which is now divided into 2 visits, one in the Spring for A/C and a follow up in the Fall for the heating system. Quality Oil used to do this maintenance service in one visit for under $100. The technician was prompt, answered any questions I had, and did a thorough professional job. I was pleased with the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned and serviced my very old oil furnace and air conditioner. Also my heat pump in the other end of the home. I needed freon in both the heat pump and air conditioner. I needed parts for the furnace. The tech was here for awhile, but he was thorough and kept me informed about all he had to do to make my units efficient and safe. I will have them come every year for this service.
