Great. They arrived on time and the service tech. was very polite.

They installed a new propane tank and line to a gas fireplace insert and even took the time to show me how to use the insert since it was new to me. They also cost the least out of all of the companies that gave me quotes.

The technician (Smoke) arrived early for the appointment. He was outgoing and friendly, and discussed the fireplace with us as he performed the service. After removing all the ceramic logs, he used compressed air to blow the burners clean then tested the lighting and burning of the burners. He then reset the logs, explaining the need to place them in a specific pattern to avoid off-gassing which would set off the smoke detectors. He then tested the fireplace by letting it burn for 15 minutes.

Jay and Billy were terrific to work with. They were always on time, very professional and very personable. They went above and beyond in their service. They even placed the screen back on the fireplace once the installation was completed (and they included them looking for 2 bolts to attach the insert as I had misplaced the old ones!). I cannot say enough good things about them or Quality Oil. They are a top notch company.

Response was prompt and price competitive. Delivery is always prompt and on schedule as they indicate. Some time ago, the delivery man poured excess oil on our driveway. We saw him and asked him not to. He said he had nowhere else to put it. We complained to the company and they offered to dig it up. That solution would not work since the spot was on moss-covered gravel. So we declined the offer. The spot still has not fully recovered. Other spills in the past make me wonder how conscientious they are about pollution. We now order by specific quantities to avoid spills from overfilling.

There's no cost for them to come out. The cost is just the price of the gas. They come out once a year and fill it up. I never had to call them to do it. They had it on the schedule to come out and fill it up and send the bill.

They are excellent. They give me a time that they will be there and they are usually there. If not, they call. I like the way they work. They were real good when they serviced my heating unit. Their prices are about average.

The service is prompt. They have good customer service and they usually come out the same day.

The new logs work much better than the old ones that had given off an odor. The new porcelain logs are a dream and look much better. I'd gladly recommend Quality Oil to anyone considering new gas logs. QO was quick to respond to my calls.

Jay was on time, was clean and put booties over his shoes before entering the house. He was very pleasant and went right to work, knowing just what to do He took off the fireplace glass door, showing me how to do it, then serviced the unit and turned on the pilot light. He then spent several minutes cleaning the glass front untill it looked good. I asked him about remote starters and he discussed knowledgeably what my options are. I decided to wait to have one installed later, if at all. He told me his company also serviced gas barbeques. When I mentioned mine did not work correctly, he looked at his watch and said he had a few more minutes he'd just take a look. With in a few minutes he had it working as well as identifing a broken ignighter. I was impressed with Jay's helpfulness and professionalism. The office staff scheduling was also helpful and professional.

andVery well after communicating with "the right person." in the office. It was a delivery situation which was taken care of with only one telephone call. I did need to call a service person concerning the gas logs and found him to be very professional, was able to evaluate the problem and give me advice on the telephone how to correct the problem. He ask that I please not hesitate to contact him or another Service Representative if the problem wasn't resolved. After following his instructions I did not have the problem to re-occure for the remainder of the winter months. I am a senior, living alone much of the time and it is good to know there are companies that have employees who not only know their job, but also know how to interact with customers. I am very pleased with my first winter with Quality Oil Company. Marie
