Description of Work: A home inspector determined that we had a critter in the attic. I called McNeely. They sent someone out within 48 hours of my call. Very prompt, very professional. Very knowledgeable. The technician identified the type of animal and took care of it without harm to the "visitor." Cost was very reasonable.

Description of Work: We had a problem with small particles deposited on a window frame, and they appeared repeatedly after cleaning it up. They took samples which they examined under a microscope, and identified the material as nesting matter deposited by grass wasps and carried in from ground level. They eliminated the problem by treating the house at the window and elsewhere. Shortly afterward another type of material showed up which they identified as from carpenter ants. They treated the house for that and had to return and retreat it. All the work was done very professionally and courteously. They did it all for the originally $150 quoted under their warranty, which I think was 90 days. We were very pleased and would definitely call them again if needed.
