As usual they were courteous and prompt. They are good with the scheduling process. They call me to remind me that they are coming, which is helpful for me. I do not have any problems and if I ever have to call them to come back they come quickly and are always on time. Soon I am having them treat for mosquitos.

He made all of the unwanted visitors in our moving boxes DIE. He was very polite, professional and answered all of my questions. Told me to call and he would come back out at no charge if I saw anything "alive" that shouldn't be "alive". I think he got them all.

Installer returned several weeks later after I discovered odors and uncleaned area in and around vent. He completely resolved all issues . Representative (Kris) was very friendly and helpful.

They were very good. They use non-toxic products their staff were very professional and friendly.

They had a coupon when we were calling them, so we got off on that and they do contract work for $85 a visit for four visits a year. Then they just do maintenance on whatever you get. Our particular technician is really quick and responding. You get an answer from him either that day or the next morning. He will just go take care of your problem. We had an ant invasion recently and they built this enormous ant hill practically overnight and we called him and he was there the next day to take care of it. They are really responsive. He is really good at getting rid of them.

We use McNeely for our quarterly pest control. We do not like to use chemicals inside our home, so they have been very accommodating by just spraying the outside perimeter of our house. Last month we started noticing ants inside, and I spoke with Brian (our local guy) about it. He used a special treatment on the exterior of our home, and said he would absolutely come and spray inside if necessary. Well, we haven't needed that, so we are extremely grateful. They are prompt with service, accommodating to your schedule and very friendly. It was also important for us to use a local company, rather than the big guys. If you're looking for a good company for pest control, we highly recommend McNeely.

I was very pleased with the explanation of services provided and the complete and thorough inspection of the premises for both termites and pests. They trapped several mice and left additional trips and poison in place to prevent further infestations. They also made it clear that they would be on call at all times for any pest issue, mice, ants cockroaches etc., as well as making quarterly inspections. I have priced similar services with other pest control companies, and have found that McNeely provides excellent, thorough service at very reasonable prices. The reviews I read on Angie's List led to my initialing contacting them, and I have been very pleased with the results.

We had low infestation of ants and some roach activity. The tech sprayed around the foundation creating a barrier. He also checked the crawl space and found traces of mouse activity and put a block of mouse poison to deter any future problems. I had not seen any mice in my house. He also said some of the vent screens were missing and the we should have them repaired. He came by for a follow up the next week and showed me the poison he'd set for the mice. Almost all of it was gone. I haven't seen any ants or other pests since then. I signed a one year agreement for a treatment each quarter which seems to be a standard in the industry. All the other companies I called had a similar requirements. The pricing was also about the same. The tech told me he was assigned my account and was personally accountable for ensuring my satisfaction. He calls me to schedule each quarterly visit and is always on time. After he completesT the treatment and checks the crawl space he lets me know anything he's found. He normally does not spray inside my house but will do so at my request -- the purpose is to minimize the chemicals used in the living space. I can call anytime between treatments and he will come by to deal with it. All in all an excellent experience.

Simply, the best! I'd highly recommend you don't waste time looking at other companies since McNeely's can do it all. They are priced just right and their technicians honestly seem to care. Also, their management team of Scott (owner) and Rob Fowler are remarkably customer service oriented.

My husband was concerned that his office had termites and asked me to look up reputable pest control businesses on Angie's List. He called several listing and received 3 different quotes. We then contacted a professional friend who recommended McNeely over the rest. My husband had a delay in getting through to the right person at McNeely Pest Control which is why the responsiveness category above we rated good rather that excellent. However, after the manager at the local Greensboro office called him, everything went smoothly and the servcie, price, quality, punctuality, and professionalism was absolutely excellent! We recommend this company to anyone needing a quality pest control service.

Andrew came out and evaluated our attic critter problem. He was very professional, explained all our options, and took care of the problem. We have not heard any noises since. Highly recommended for critter control.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They worked around my schedule and arrived when they said they would. There were no hard sell tactics. The person who came out for the termite inspection performed the inspection and told me the results and what they could do for me without trying to push me into anything. I told him I was thinking about a pest control contract and he left a quote with me so I could think it over, again without the hard sell tactics. I was very impressed that they explained everything they were going to do any why. They answered all of my questions.

I called them because I had heard scratching noises in the wall. After thoroughly investigating the wall where I had originally heard the noises, they concluded that whatever animal had been in there had left. However, they continued to investigate and found that we had mice in our attic. This is after another pest control company failed to find what was described to me as an obvious infestation. They put down baits, which I was told would work by making the mice feel thirsty, causing the mice to leave the house seeking water. After 72 hours, I am no longer hearing sounds coming from the attic or walls. So far, so good.

They are the best control service we have encountered since coming to NC over 13 years ago. None of the others have lasted because the results failed to address the problems we hired them to control. Our pest control professional is personable and conveys that he truly cares about the results we get. This has been demonstrated in action as we have had zero problems since taking on their services over 8 months ago. I just scheduled our December service because McNeely Pest Control works!

They are excellent! They come four times a year for at least the last 3 years. I would definitely use them and recommend them to everyone. I had originally called them because of some bees that were at my home. They were able to assist me with the issue by insisting that I leave them. I have used them since and there have not been any critters in my house!

I have a contract with McNeely. The visit in November was either the 2nd, or 3rd. They are always prompt and courteous. Call to make appointments for service when it's time, so I don't have to think about it. I am very happy with the service and my technician, Mark, is very professional and helpful.

They're wonderful, it's easy to schedule appointment. We're on a yearly contract and they come out quarterly. They come out and handle any problems we have.

The technician arrived promptly at time specified. Very polite, and showed concern for our cats when I told him there were a couple outside, saying it might be safer to get them in if possible. He explained what he was doing and what chemicals he was using, and did the job very efficiently. He had to come back because our house is on a slope, so the roof on the downward-facing side is VERY high, higher than his standard ladder would reach. Again, he came back when he said he would (I made sure the cats were inside this time :-)), and didn't charge me extra. I would definitely call McNeely again if I have any pest problems in future!

I really like McNeely Pest Control and would recommend them. I've had a very good experience with both the outdoor people and the indoor people. I pay them every five months and receive a discount because I also use them for my indoor service. I used a different mosquito company last year for an occasion that I had outdoors and they did a very good job, but they were more expensive and McNeely gives me a break because I'm a regular customer. They are always here when they say they will be and are very professional and very friendly.
