My experience with them is good. Their prices are pretty low and they get the job done.

From my first contact they were very informative and helpful. The yearly cost was comparable to the other companies I contacted. I was assigned a regular contact who comes out every quarter to treat the house. He is knowledgeable and professional. They provide an online account access with payment and appointment options. That is nice when I can't remember when service is due, I can go online and see when my next service is.

Experience was good. First visit was thorough to inspect and treat home inside and out and discuss any specific issues/concerns I had. After that there are quarterly visits for outside treatment and I have not had any issues.

Outstanding from the get go. I put in a request on the website and had a call back by the next day. We scheduled a site visit and when we decided to move forward, they started the process immediately. We were happy because it turns out that there were more than we expected in residence. They set up their bat cones on our eaves. After an appropriate amount of time for the bats to exit our attic, they called and set up a return visit. I was a little slow getting back to them, but they went ahead and put us on the schedule so that we would have a spot. The return visit for cleanup and final check of our screens was completed and we are now bat free. From beginning to end, they were prompt, responsive and professional. I was able to pay online, which I love. I would certainly recommend McNeely Pest Control. We will be using them from here on out for our pest needs.

My mother and I called Mcneely Pests because we saw one rodent and caught him but needed help disposing of it. I came to Angieslist and selected McNeely. We should have known there was more than one but we thought that was the only one. McNeely's sent someone out that same day - we were panicky and nervous about this yucky mouse. Paul, from McNeelys arrived and he quickly disposed of the yucky mouse. He put down additional traps. He went under the house and discovered it was a MICE PARTY! Also that possums had made a mess under our home. I was at work and he communicated with my mother at the home and with me at work and made us aware of everything. I was disgusted at what he discovered but so thankful he found it. Can you imagine long term what that could have meant. LOTS OF NASTY CRITTERS in the home. Paul then assisted us by having animal control come out and look at the possum situation for us. Once all of that was done we signed up for the quarterly inspections from McNeely. It was reasonable and affordable. Paul was thorough, he was respectful and very kind to my mother during every visit. He is coming back next week to seal all of the areas and vents where the mice and possums where getting under to get in. McNeely's prices were fair and they have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whenever I call even the people who answer the phone seem like old friends. Not only do we plan to continue using them to come back throughout the year to check on things I would recommend them to anyone. Rodents and pests are not situations that anyone wants to deal with. However, they multiply so fast and they get in spaces you can not imagine. McNeely came in and just helped us tremendously. This was a stressful and embarrassing situation but they are professional and friendly that it is comforting as you eliminate this problem. Again, I look forward to working with McNeely Pest Services because it seems like everyone in this organization has your best interest in mind. If you are looking for professionalism, good quality work and awesome customer service then call McNeely's! They really get it....... We have enjoyed working with Paul he was great. He took pictures, was a phone call away, helped us figure out a plan and was super friendly. He was not pushy or trying to sell any additional services he just helped us determine all of our options. On time, professional, and clean. Ants are gone! Annual contract but reasonable price at $85/visit four times a year.

I like them better than another company I used prior to them. He is nice. He comes out. He always calls to be sure that I'm there before he comes. They are great. I had some ant infestation and it's been taken care of. They come whenever I have a problem and if I'm not satisfied, they will come back out and re-treat.

McNeely's quickly schedules a visit for a termite inspection at a convenoent time. When they arrived and found out that the inspection was not being done due to a real estate transaction they cut to the chase and did a thorough inspection all around my basement both inside and out. The inspector found on instance of old damage and evidence that the property had been treated. He suggested that it was likely treated with Chlordane some time ago and that the treatment would outlast us both. When he finished I asked about how I should pay. He said there was no charge, that they routinely provided courtesy inspections when folks just wanted to know they didn't have any problems. What a deal. No doubt who I'll call if I ever have a concern!

So far, so good. No mosquitoes. We used a different service last summer, but switched to McNeely because they had a lower price and we already use them for routine pest control service.

These guys are awesome. Jordan came out complete the termite inspection and provided info on their pest control annual treatment contract (to keep the ants away). I thought the price was reasonable, so we signed up for an annual contract (initial treatment with follow up treatments quarterly and free spot treatment, if any unwanted visitors show up between the quarterly treatments). Paul was the service provided for the initial pest treatment and did a great job. He also advised me of an issue he found while completing the job and provided me with details on their mosquito control plan. I'm very pleased with the service and look forward to having them provide future services.

After a few days the squirrel was caught. He then left snap traps set for a few more days to be sure that was the only one. Then he came back and sealed the point of entry.

Terry Lyons is an outstanding professional. He is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of pests and pest control. If a problem surfaces in-between quarterly visits, he responds immediately to eradicate the problem.

We have moved to the area and needed a pest control company we were having a problem w/ ants. McNeely came out when they said they would they put out traps to see if we were having any problems w/ other pests and came back in a week to check the traps. Now we have a quarterly treatment plan and they come back when they say they are coming and are always polite when they are in my home.

I was very pleased with the everything. Prompt, informative, able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called McNeely after I got over the surprise of finding a copperhead snake dangling from the clutch pedal inside my pickup truck. McNeely advertises itself as a specialist in removal of non-insect critters, and my trucked was parked near the company office, which was fortuitous. A wildlife biologist with a long snake-grabbing tool arrived ASAP. He extricated the unhappy reptile quickly. He also educated me about what to expect with vehicles parked in rodent and rodent-eating snake habitats. Although I don't recommend finding snakes in one's car, the snake removal experience went well. I would recommend McNeely to anyone facing a surprise critter problem.
