Description of Work: They were fabulous! We had a bird problem, so they brought out a whole team to make a complete evaluation. In the end, they told me it would be a waste of time to do the service at this time and to wait until fall.

Description of Work: I had a bird caught in my chimney for a couple of days. The serviceman was able to come the next morning. The bird must have been able to free itself sometime during the night and was no longer in the chimney by the time the serviceman stopped by; however, he helped the chimney sweep seal up any possible holes in the chimney cap to help prevent a future problem.

Description of Work: They have performed services in the past but during the last year and a half I have paid them for a quarterly contract and found out that I wasn't getting the services for my money I thought I was. I thought when them came out they would at least be looking out for possible problems not just with my house but my utility building that is connected to my house via a carport but also a separate building out back. My yard is only 1/3 acre so it isn't like this building is out in the back 40 somewhere. Anyway they said that some issues that cropped up wasn't for them to find. | |I knew it treating for these issues would be extra but you would think these folks would be on the look out for future and potential problems. It allows them the possibility to add to revenue--but because they didn't carpenter bees did some real damage to my storage building and termites got into my utility building. | |When I first signed up I had them addressing camel crickets in the crawl space. I had to ask the guy twice to check for them again. He never checked under there on his own. | |I don't want a company where I have to look over the shoulder all the time. The utility building did usually stay locked but I was here every time they came and they could have asked if I wanted them to check it out. I would have unlocked it for them. | |The contract was 85.00 per quarter for approximately 18 months. | |I think this is enough said.

Description of Work: I thought I might have some termites so I called for them to evaluate the situation. Their area manager, Jordan Myers came and investigated. There were remnants of an old infestation treated years ago but no sign of new critters. I decided there wasn't evidence enough to have a full treatment done at that time. When I asked what I owed I was surprised that there was no cost. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: The service person from McNeely Pest Control came out to inspect my areas of concern, termites. I was very impressed with this young man and his knowledge and professionalism. | |In the meantime, I contacted my homeowners' association to see if termites are covered on the inside of buildings, which they are. So I went with Terminix which is under contract with our homeowner's association.

Description of Work: We have used them for about a year for control of voles. Very responsive .Come when hey say they will. .Very professional in their approach. Pricing is fair and most importantly the vole damage is greatly reduced if not eliminated. Highly recommend them

Description of Work: These guys are awesome. Made the job look easy even though other more popular companies couldn't do the job. They removed all the nesting material, debris from a starling nest in our bathroom vents. They sprayed to kill any mites or ticks they may have left and replaced the vents with caged openings to prevent further nest. Other companies said no simply because of the height of 2 vents which are on a sloped side of the house and may have been 25' in the air. Tall hose but they were professional, prompt and most of all... inexpensive. Will def call for any future pest issues which I hope to never need;)

Description of Work: Signed up for quarterly pest control. Very friendly guy, always follows up to make sure there are no issues and that we are satisfied. Also had bat removal from attic, and prevention of reinfestation. Was more expensive than I expected, but the problem was solved quickly and effectively, and the bats have been prevented from reentering.
