Logan Heating & Air Conditioning

Wanted the heatpump serviced and the duct reattached. Would have been happy and gave all A was considering to use them for regular maintenance to get as much life out of the system as I can but not so sure now. So I'm on the fence as to whether I will use them in the fall maybe? maybe not.

Called Logan on Monday for an appointment to find out why my heat pump was not coming on. After about an hour I realized that I had a meeting when I had scheduled them to come out. Called back they had no problem rescheduling me. Both ladies that I spoke with very professional and pleasant.

They are a little pricey. We've used them for the last 11 years to keep our equipment functioning.

.They come out twice a year to check on the unit to make sure everything is working correctly. I feel they have done a great job for us. I am very happy with their work and I feel they are very reasonable and fair in their pricing.

Overall, they did everything right. They were a little pricey. There were a couple of little things that I didn't like, and they had to come back out and fix them.

It is a well-established company here in Winston-Salem. They have probably been in business for 80 years. They have been very good for me as far as heating and air-conditioning. They send a rep out twice a year to inspect my heat pump. They are prompt and professional. They even put little booties on when they come in the house. They bring little treats in their pockets for my dogs. They have always done good work for me. They put a heat pump in my house six or seven years ago. They did a great job with the installation and have done a great job with service and follow up ever since. Their prices might be a little high but with their reputation and the around the clock service I think it is worth it. They are very responsive and punctual. If they were to run behind they would call and let me know.

They were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. He was quick and efficient and always did exactly what they need to do. They are also very meticulous about picking up after themselves for the sake of my dogs.

Comparatively a good price. I had a quality problem but they came back to fix it. They were very responsive.

Their guys are really professional and I will use them again in the future.

I have been happy with them. I have total confidence that their work will come out right each time. They are a little pricey, but they train their employees well and also do background checks and drug testing. I feel completely comfortable with them in my home.

I have been using them at least for the past 10 years. I pay them on a yearly basis. What I like about them is that they give you a major discount on any parts if anything has to be fixed and change the filters for free if you have an annual contract with them. They have an emergency service too, and you don't have to pay them anything extra if you have to call them after hours or anything like that because you are part of that service. Some people might say that they are a bit pricey but they are very professional and come when they say they are going to come. You get what you pay for. They wear booties and take very good care when they are inside your house. They have a division to come out and give you the estimate and they have people to come out and do the work. They are very professional and very responsive. They are really good people. I had them come out to give me an estimate for possibly putting in a humidifier in my house. My house is on the second floor and I have gas heating, and it is not that they didn't want to sell me a unit, but they couldn't feasibly put a unit in when there was no room, and they wouldn't put it on the second floor because of any possible leaking problems. The best thing for me was to just purchase an individual unit from somewhere. They are a very responsible company and weren't going to risk doing any damage to the house with water on the second floor, plus there was no room to put it. So, they weren't going to sell me something that I couldn't need or use and I appreciate that. There are not a lot of companies that will do that and they will try and somehow get it to fit into your system.

I called Logan based on reviews on Angie's list and the better business bureau rating. I was created professionally through every phone interaction. I was put in touch with Mark Hollingsworth who was on site to provide a complete review of my current heat and cooling system in order to provide me with an estimate for system replacement. Mark provided an estimate to me in writing the same day via email. I must say that the estimate from Logan was the most detailed and professional of four estimates I received. I went back and forth with Mark over the holiday weekend via email to get questions answered and tweak the requirements and model numbers that I wanted in a system. Logan and another heating and cooling company were the two finalists for my heating and cooling system replacement. The biggest influencing factor for me choosing the other company who got the contract was mostly due to scheduling and the available date when work could begin. Honestly, this truly was one of the most difficult large purchase decisions I have made. I have easier time negotiating a car purchase. I really think Logan would provide an excellent experience and could not have been more torn with the choice between the two companies i considered. I would not hesitate to call on them again. Mark Hollingsworth is a true professional and clearly an asset to Logan heating and air conditioning.

They did a good job. I was impressed with them. The service on the phone was good. The person who talked to me on the phone was knowledgeable. They came when they said they would and they fixed the problem. They are expensive. I would absolutely hire them again.

Logan has always been prompt, professional and I believe honest with me. Not always recommending the most expensive route and being straight with me on the condition of my A/C and furnace.

Tech (David) was prompt, professional and very informative. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a relatively short amount of time. He explained how a heat pump works (in layman's terms) and walked me through the heating and cooling process (I kept asking lots of questions!).

I am very happy with their services and will continue to use the same in future.

Called Logan in to quote a replacement for an aging and problematic heat pump. The salesman was extremely professional and courteous, as were the installers. All staff I dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful; no pressure in the sale, just helpful and very easy to work with. Everyone was on time for appointments, and the job was completed in one day. Work was done with excellent attention to detail and the installers took the time to show us the details of thermostat programming, filter replacement, etc. Quote was slightly higher than a competitor, but was better value given the service, professionalism, and quality of the install. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Logan. Stated cost is prior to rebates received from Federal Govt, Duke Energy, and heat pump manufacturer. Final cost approx $5500 after all rebates are accounted for.

They were very professional and prompt. They are true craftsman. I appreciated their services.

Our heat prompt was giving us problems. So, they came out and checked it. We also needed a condenser fan motor. They said that luckily we had caught it on time or else it would?ve been more expensive for us. They also told us that we had been using the wrong kind of filter. They left us, three filters.

Its a good thing that they're a good company, because they're the only company in town that can service my unit. They're very thorough and responsive.

Well, they came right out when I called them and that was nice. I am not sure what they cost, my husband writes all the checks. I feel they are fairly reasonable though I am sure. They are very professional and they always come out on time. I am very comfortable with them.

We have used Logan Heating and Air for 15 to 20 years now. It's not always the same technician that comes to our house but we always receive the same professional service. They are also always on time.

They are very good and reasonable priced. I would recommend them to anyone because they are honest and reliable. They really keep up your equipment well and they make sure to answer all your questions. They will not tell you something is wrong when it is not, just for a buck.
