He was fine and got there early and even when running into a couple issues, they kept the estimate the same.

Logan gave me a very reasonable quote on Friday and had the work completed on the following Monday. Mr. Norton was excellent in his knowledge of what was needed to make our home comfortable in all seasons and gave us a very quick quote. Roger and Kevin completed the job with very little disturbance of my wife's daily routines and cleaned up all of the debris created by the work. I would hire these folks again in a second.

9/2/16 I bought a Carrier gas furnace/central AC unit from Logan, a factory authorized Carrier Dealer. I gave a 5 star rating for installation. Since, I have called them 4 times. 7/6/17 AC stopped. Tech pushed a reset button, charged $67.25. No one had told me/asked me about the button. 7/2/18 AC stopped. Logan couldn't come. I got it started. 8/22/18 had unit serviced. Sent "one of their best techs", replaced cheap pump, but did not connect new pump to furnace. 10/22/18 furnace stopped. 10/24/18 Logan sent tech, attached pump. Did not check furnace for damage. 9/2/16 Honeywell thermostat installed, not Carrier. 10/31/18 Service manager said, "Carrier thermostats(5 yr warranty)are inferior to Honeywell's."(1 yr warranty) I have received poor service & poor quality equipment. I do not recommend this business!!!

The Carrier unit and Honeywell WiFi thermostat were installed to my great satisfaction. I was impressed with the sales, installation and office staff.

The only reason that we picked a different contractor was because we decided to go with a product that Logan didn't sell. Aside from that, Logan was awesome. They were the only contractor that came out the same day I called, and had an estimate ready quickly. We also felt that Logan was very honest and didn't try and quote us anything we didn't really need.

Installation went well. Arrived on time and completed the install of the new unit in a timely fashion.

So far it is working really well, the furnace is fine and the air conditioner is at his point is working just fine as well.

They do what we need them to do. The price was right when we needed a new A/C system. They've come out twice a year to do our service.

They were pretty reliable. Their price was little high. I would consider using them again. I would like them to not oversell.

After talking to and getting a few estimates from other companies, Logan's gave us the best price and talked more in depth about everything. Very informative. They even measured, which none of the others did. Also, our unit died on the week of the hottest time span. It was 90 degrees IN our house. Well, I have a residential contract with Logan's so I started out a bit peeved when I was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks to have my unit installed because they were that backed up. I thought that being a contract customer would bump me up a bit but got no special treatment. It did not. So my family and I suffered through the humid 90's for over a week when they called and said that they could fit us in a little early. Yay! Other than their nonchalance attitude to putting me off, the technicians seem knowledgeable. I guess the price of our unit/installation were fair. We'll keep using them.

We have had that for five years and have been very pleased with their service and I would recommend them.

It took a few visits for them to get to send us a quote regarding the real problem. then they had to order the part which took additional time. Air evaporated coil replaced and working great. Thanks for all the hard work.

Excellent service. Very impressed. When we had a concern following our installation they were responsive and accommodating. Our home is now toasty warm thanks to Logan Heating and Air. We highly recommend this company.

Multiple attempts at repair for 2 different problems. On maintenance visits left system panels off. On one visit did not notice an exhaust pipe had disconnected. In the past 12 months we have spent over 1 entire month without system functioning completely. We had several visits, most not on time and had to leave the house open because we had other things to do and they went beyond their stated time windows. They are a large dealer for my system but didn't keep a basic part in stock locally. Apparently the weather was too cold in January to do some repairs on certain days, but we had a similar experience in the summer. June repair about $450 and January repair $775.

Our upstairs furnace stopped working. We'd had some other work done to the house around where the furnace is located, so I was suspicious that something had happened during those repairs that affected the furnace. Logan answered the phone promptly - I did not need to leave a message - and scheduled a tech to come out within 3-4 hours of my call. Great news, because it is cold! Service tech was polite, diagnosed the problem and made a simple adjustment. Furnace works again and we're all happy. I'd definitely use Logan Heating & Air again. Angie's List coupon saved me $15! I presented it upon the tech's arrival.

In May, we purchased a service agreement with Logan. We've never had a service agreement in the past, but after the problems we had last winter and Logan's efficient service, we decided to make the purchase. I called Logan today to schedule our winter service, and the receptionist went above and beyond to tell me how to prepare for the visit. Outstanding customer service! I look forward to the service in two weeks.
