It was such a great experience dealing with Logan after having dealt with a not so good HVAC company. Everyone from beginning to end was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. The guys came out and worked in a very undesirable place to work, a crawl space with not much room to work. They did a great job and definitely sold me on the company. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs! Thanks again to everyone for completing this difficult job for me!

They came out here and charged us $500 to check the thing and we had to buy a new thermostat that was under warranty, and we had to pay for it. They had to run a new line for the thermostat, because they messed it up. They messed up the humidifier as well. We filed a complaint with BBB and they didn't even acknowledge it. They didn't know what they were doing. They had not been in the geothermal business and they messed it up.

Great job by all teams! My old AC went out just before they installed the new one...they came out to get it working again quickly! Not sure if they are a family business but they act like one!

It went fine. It's good. My realtor had recommended them. They seem to be pretty popular in this area. He was kind of slow in getting back to me. If I have to replace my unit then, I'm gonna do some checking around but I would do a service call type thing.

Arrived on time and quickly set about working and installing the entire system. They were courteous, professional and knowledgable about their product.

We got estimates from several Companies since we had to replace out HVAC system and decided to go with the Carrier Greenspeed System. My husband and I were very impressed with the variable speed compressor. The morning of the installation Jeff and Kevin showed up early to get started. It was a very rainy day and I was surprised they did not cancel, but the worked all day in the mess. They started by taking out the old system the replaced it with the new one. When everything was installed Jeff came into the house to install the new Wifi thermostat. He took off his shoes since every thing was wet and muddy. We love the system so far. My husband was impressed the he could not hear the air compressor out side. My husband even opened the window to see if he could hear it and could not. The old system (a comfortmaker) was alway very loud and kept him up at night when it kicked on. We were very disappointed that our old system only lasted 10 yrs since we had a service agreement every year. Hopefully this system will be with us for a long long time.

It went good although the technician who came out had to come back the next day because he forgot to re-connect something. They were very professional on the phone and the guy was very polite and professional, but he did make that one mistake.

They scheduled the appointment for 1-3 pm. However, I got a call from the tech that he was running ahead of schedule and he came at 1230 pm. That is very impressive, most service providers I have used in the past end up coming well after the later time given. I was impressed with the courtesy and politeness of the technician. He came in and went to work, he had the part replaced in about 20 minutes and the heat running again. He also took the coupon I had from Angie's list but he went one step further and gave me an addition discount. He also took the time to chat a while and did not just hand me the bill and run off. I will use this service again and again.

Diagnosed a problem with the heating/air unit. Other technicians from other companies either said it was irreparable and offered a quote for replacement or diagnosed the problem incorrectly. This technician not only found the problem quickly, he was able to get the part for my very old system and replace it the next day. The heat has worked flawlessly (for an old system) since Logan did their work. They are skilled and trustworthy. I will consult them without hesitation when we replace this 20 year old unit.

Cost was after $150 Angie coupon. Passed city inspection. Smooth process, no complaints.

Within several hours Logan had provided quotes and timing on several options. The best course of action was to replace the aging furnace with a new 95% efficient gas furnace. The replacement was complete in 48 hours - I think this was great service.

Excellent service. Very friendly and informative. Logan offers maintenance agreement options that are cost-savers. Even though I paid $189 that also includes the maintenance and service this coming Spring for my AC system. They send reminders when you're due for service which is a real plus for busy people like myself. They're super friendly. Great people to work with.

I got 3 quotes between $9,000-$11,000. They were a little bit price and more difficult to schedule than with the company that I went with. They were both relatively busy and it would have taken 2 weeks with them. I got it down in a week. The quote was laid out very clearly and they were easy to understand. They were able to answer my questions when I called. They were here about 10 minutes early. They were very professional with the quote and they went through all the options. I would get another quote from them. They were my second option.

The refrigerant pressure could not be set when the compressor and control unit were replaced during the early winter months. They came back when we began using the a/c to set the pressure so we had maximum use of the a/c. We realized the a/c was not performing properly and they checked our records and determined a follow up visit was required. There was no charge for the follow up visit. They came out promptly.

Everything went great. The salesperson provided us with an estimate that was tailored to our home and also cost-effective, explaining the reasoning behind all his recommendations. He actually talked us out of the more expensive 15-SEER unit because we would be unlikely to recoup the cost before we moved. And, he provided us with a 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner that cooled our main living space while we awaited repairs. The appointment to replace our system was scheduled within two or three days. They were entirely punctual, polite, and tidy throughout the job. Part of the job required installing another air return in the floor, but my wife was working nights and sleeping during the day, so the technicians delayed cutting a hole in the floor as long as possible to allow her to sleep. The price was higher with Logan than estimates we got from other companies, but I am entirely satisfied with the service we received. Moreover, the one thing I read over and over in comparing companies was that for the major AC manufacturers, the dealer's reliability is much more important than the brand. I would go with Logan every time.
