Description of Work: They came and evaluated the jenn-air cooktop fan knob and the amana side by side malfunctioning ice maker and the kitchenaid oven. They gave me an estimate for repairs and confirmed the estimate after ordering the parts. They did not charge me a second trip charge to come back out and perform the repairs. They gave me a price break on the original trip charge because I had 3 appliances that needed to be looked at. The serviceman, Chris was really nice, professional and smart!

+ -1 moreConvenient came when they said they would and they seemed to know what they were doing. I've used this company before and their technicians are pretty knowledgeable. This repair was pretty simple and took about half an hour. Although I was pleased with their work, the repair was so expensive that I probably will purchase a new dishwasher (even though this one's only 3 years old) the next time I have a problem.
