Did not go well. BretCo determined new wall oven was too big for the cutout so they couldn't install it. Ok, that's on us. But then they pushed the cardboard box with new oven in it across our hardwood floor, leaving a 6 foot scratch; charged us $98 for this. BretCo non-responsive thru Angie's List. I asked for a refund, or if they could apply that $98 to another electrical project, but they didn't respond to my messages. They did send someone out to "fix" the scratch. They just rubbed something (oil?) on it. The scratch is still there, though slightly less visible since the oil darkened the scratch and surrounding wood -- but now the area where they rubbed oil is dangerously slippery. So I don't know how these guys are as electricians but they certainly aren't woodworkers.

Very well. The electrician was very professional and did all the work in a timely manner, even after encountering issues with the ceiling fan and box.

Bretco returned my call from Sunday night and was at my house Monday morning when they said they would be. He checked it out and replaced the receptacle and luckily that's all it needed. I always call Bretco and they've always been good to come the next day or even the same day. I trust their work and they are very reliable.

We have used Bretco several times. Like prior engagements all went well and we were pleased. We purchased an Angie's Deal of $165 for two hours of work, so I was surprised when there was an additional fee of $139 beyond that.

Two.. men came and were on time and worked the whole time they were here. We ended up paying for a total of - three hours -of work which we ended up paying over two hundred more dollars for ( along with the $119 ) and part of that was about $86 for parts. They were very nice and cleaned up well after themselves. Nice and professional.

Installed quickly and everything worked as it should.

The failing attic fan had an ancient GE motor from the 1950's in my old house. They were able to remove the motor and find a good modern replacement right away. The guys were friendly, professional and efficient. Love having my old attic fan upgraded.

I called at 8:00 a.m. but the lady I spoke with said all of their workers were out on assignments but that she'd send someone to me as soon as they were free. About 9:15 a.m. a gentleman called to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter. He tightened all the circuits down, which stopped the buzzing, and tested everything to make sure there were no problems. I admit to being a little embarrassed to calling out an electrician for such a simple issue but it really sat my mind at ease so it was money well spent. I'd use them again.

Splendid. The electrician, Wendell, was courteous and efficient. Also, even though my situation was not an emergency, the service was handled on a same-day basis, which pleased me. Everything took less than an hour.

This team came in and provided power to a TV mount location, and then hung the large-screen TV on a Dynamic Mount "Up and Out" hanger. It was the first time they had worked with this system and they were OUTSTANDING!! Professional, courteous, and careful. The final product, awe inspiring! I would definitely bring these guys back anytime.

It went well. Randy's crew came out and replaced 2 pendant lights in our kitchen, and when my wife decided she just one one, centered over the island, they came back out right away and took care of it. They were very courteous and efficient.

Perfectly. They came out to look at the job and prepared a quote. After I accepted the quote, they called to schedule the job. They arrived on time, did an awesome and efficient job. I will definitely hire for future electrical needs.

Things went fine from start to finish. I feel that Randy is a personal friend of mine. They always arrived on time in the morning. It took yhem about a day and a half to do the project. they never left a mess. they cleaned up after themselves. The workers were friendly and always told us what they were going to do before they did it. I was very pleased with them and the work they did. and would not hesitate to have them do any electic work that needed to be done on my house.

Fabulous! I got a quick call after signing up for the Angie's List offer and we set a date. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. The crew was professional, more than competent and friendly. They solved every problem, some which required creativity, and were efficient and effective. They cleaned up after themselves, and even solved a telephone wiring problem that I had not been able to find anyone to deal with. They even warned me when they were about to exceed the number our hours offered in the Angie's List deal. I can't praise them enough. These were the best electricians I've dealt with in the past 25 years.

Another great experience with Bretco. They say when they will come, they come then, and they do the job well. They are very courteous and professional, and my family is comfortable with them around. Will definitely use them again for electrical needs.

The electricians did a nice job and cleaned up very thoroughly. However, I had paid for 2 hours of electrical service. They were scheduled to arrive for a 2 PM appointment. They arrived t my home at about 2:18 PM. The work was completed at 3:50PM. Then they went out to their truck to call the job in to their supervisor and get the cost for materials they used. After 4 PM, one of the electricians came back inside and told me that I owed $55 for time over the 2 hours! When I questioned him, he said that their travel time to the job is included in the 2 hours and that they were here longer than two hours. I knew I would have to pay for the parts, a basic receptacle for the kitchen and a metal box for the bathroom light (these items when priced do not even total $8). They did not work for the whole 2 hours even including their travel time. I am very disappointed with this. Please specify in the description that their travel time to the job is part of the 2 hours of service.

A pleasure to work with - great communication and very professional. Excellent result. Would definitely call them again. Ended up costing slightly more than I had anticipated, but there were some particular issues that made the wiring a little more time consuming for our house.

Randy responded immediately to my phone call and provided a contract. Paul and Mike were very professional and friendly on the job and did excellent work. Randy even was on site with them to ensure we discussed the details which I was impressed with before he left them to do their work. They reviewed any questions I had and ensured I felt comfortable about the job before they left the site. My house was clean before they left. I will definitely use them again.
