I contacted the company around 10:00 am and they had an electrician at my home by 2:30 that afternoon. I was very pleased with the service that I received. The electrician was punctual, professional, and answered all of my questions.

Electric worker worked along with plumber to power unit after it was installed no idle chat - very efficient.

I purchased the Angie's list deal of $113 for 3 hours of electrical work, hoping to get at least two ceiling fans installed to replace two light fixtures in bedrooms in this amount of time. I also asked them to install another ceiling fan in the living room that, according to the original owners, was pre-wired for a ceiling fan. After 4 hours of work, the two workers had installed two of the fans. The installation was prolonged when the sheetrock around the fan cracked due to over-tightening of the bracket that needed to be patched and shimmed up as best they could in order to complete the installation. During the half day, the lead worker did most of the work. The helper wasn't very, until he was asked to tighten up the bracket that soon led to the need for repair/shimming. We scheduled for them to return to hang the third fan. It took another 3.5 hours to install it. Again, the helper wasn't much help, with the lead worker doing most of the work.

Two men of different ages were not only courteous to me, but also to each other. all work with little unnecessary conversation until they had completed their work and gave me the bill. I paid for work, not conversation, loved it!

The procedure went very well. Wendall was very efficient with a pleasant attitude and personality.

Came at 8:30, did their work, left at 9:35.

I thought I was I to be only charged $180.00, but I have to confess that it did take over two hours to complete the job. Again, the two men were professional, good natured and the kind of crew I can appreciate for their good nature as well as the quality of their work.. Even though I felt the final bill was a little excessive, I would not hesitate to call Bretco for any and all electrical work I may ever need in the future. It was a wise decision to hire professional electricians, instead lf me trying to do the installation. I made the call this past Thursday afternoon and there was a crew here in less than two hours. I am fortunate that I did not have to wait a week or more before any crew could come to my home. There are so many "fly by night" so called professionals who never return a call, never show up and try to gouge the customers, but not with this company.

The Bretco guys arrived on time and got right to work. My daughter had been having problems with her heat pump. When she turned it on it would kick the breaker. So I told the guys this and they went to work. It didn't take them long to figure out the problem. The power cable for the heat pump was connected to the wrong condo heat pump. My daughter's heat pump was being powered by her neighbor and the neighbor's was being powered by my daughters. The guys were not able to correct it at that time because we had to get permission from the neighbor to change it. Turns out that the reason my daughter did not have heat is because her neighbor had turned off the breaker. We got permission and got a heat and air guy to correct the wiring.

i got the contact information from Angie's list and called Bretco around 8AM this morning, Mike and Wendle arrived around 9AM. they repaired two outside outlets and my landscape lighting in about two hours. Very professional and courteous.

Quick response. Punctual, professional. Very thorough check of the entire electrical system. Didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary products or services. Very trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Appreciated that they called to say they would be arriving in afternoon, so I wasn't "trapped" in house all day waiting for them.

I called Bretco at 8:00. They had someone on-site by 9:00. The electricians were professional and personable, quickly establishing a good rapport with me. They troubleshot the issue and made a quick run to the shop to pickup a replacement part and got the job done in just about an hour, including travel time. Because of the age of my house, and therefore the circuit box, I will inevitably have issues with the circuit breakers in the future, so they offered to replace the entire circuit box at some point in the future. I will definitely go with Bretco for that job, as they are very responsive and did a very good job.

Repairman came on the same day of request and was here at the time promised. He was courteous and efficient.

Excellent service and wonderful technicians! They arrived at the house promptly and completed most of the work within the same day. They needed to rewire existing fixtures and run new lines, which required drilling through a concrete slab. They returned after the rain stopped to install the roof vent for the bathroom fan. The results are beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone and will use Bretco Electric again.

Overall the experience was great. When the lightning blew the circuit the owner of Bretco came to our house during the new year holiday period just to make sure the house was safe and we would be ok until the first workday three days later..very unusual level of service. This has been and will continue to be a wonderful experience
