Description of Work: Install a new heating and air unit.

Description of Work: Replaced our older central air with a new dual stage heat pump. Also performed some additional duct work. We were eliminating oil heat. There are no negatives with this experience. Price, customer service, responsiveness, punctuality all perfect. The system works great. It is all good. Blaze Air is the way to go.

Description of Work: Service my heating and air unit, replaced thermostat. The first couple of times they were there when they said they would be there, after the first couple of visits it was a longer period of time but still came the same day. Asked that I be called when the service person was coming to my house and that only happened the first time I used them after that they did not call. They were very professional and did go out of the way to help me with problems I was having with the thermostat. Because they could not resolve the problem after a couple of visits they replaced the thermostat free of charge. They have an excellent annual service agreement package. With the annual agreement they will service your unit in the fall and spring and if you have to call for service the cost of them coming out and the repairs is much cheaper than any other service company. Every maintenance person that came out was very professional and listened to my concerns and checked everything concern I had and all issues were resolved. I had used someone else before and they charged me twice as much and it took over a week for that person to get the part in. If Blaze Air does not have the parts on hand they will have them by the next day. I have recommended them to family members and they are using them for any heating/air service.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner had stopped cooling. Had to have a lot of coolant added. Lady who took my call was extremely nice and courteous; Service tech was prompt and professional; He explained to me my situation and options while never trying to oversell or push me to spend more $$. In fact, he recommended I not spend money on a test unnecessarily. I was impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I replaced my heat pump in July 2012 with a new Trane system. I had obtained three bids prior to the work. Even though Blaze Air was the highest of the bids, my wife and I selected them due to the qualifications of their techs and reputation of the company. We were very pleased with the manner they removed the old system and installed the new heat pump. The installers were very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and informative. They answered all of our questions and were extremely polite. Several monts later, a tech came to the house and performed a follow up check on the system to make sure it was operating

Description of Work: Blaze installed a new gas furnace, an air conditioning unit, and put in all the duct work necessary in our new 2400 square foot house. Our general contractor arranged and paid them.

Description of Work: Blaze Air replaced the broken part in our air conditioner because it wasn't cooling our home. I believe it was the coil. We also had our old furnace removed and a new one installed. They used our existing duct work. Our home is approximately 3200 square feet.
