I like that you can most always have them do the service the same day. I really think that their schedule is very convenient for their customers. The technicians build a good rapport with their clients and are very personable. They are just great and I would recommend them to anyone.

We did feel that we were treated very nice. The gentlemen who did the work were so friendly. They did a wonderful job. They gave us a full demonstration on how to properly work our new system. They even showed us the best energy efficient temperature to use. We have had no problems with our new system. I do not really remember what the exact price for the job was.

I did encounter a manufacturing problem and they had to replace a few valves, but, that was not their fault. I did not pay for this project because it was covered by my insurance, which was very nice. They have been out a few times just for regular maintenance checks that's all. There has been no problems with the system or anything. When they were here, they knew what they were doing and they cleaned up very nicely.

The installation went really good. They were here when they said they would be. The workers were very nice to deal with. The company is a reliable and trustworthy company. The new unit is working great.

I have dealt with this company before and was pleased then. This is why I decided to go with them for this job. They are very hard working and they really seem to know what they are doing. This was kind of a small job in a small town, but, it was still needing to be done. They were very nice at the time of service and still continue to be nice when following up. I probably could not ask for better service.

This is a very nice and decent company. They are very fast and very accurate. While installing the heater they cleaned up and took everything with them. The heater is still working good so that is always a good sign. If anything were to happen with the heater, I hope that the same guy would return to come back and fix it. I enjoyed his work and his personality.

Advanced Appliance is a good company. They were pretty professional. I would give them all B's for their services at my home. I had a nob that releases ice on my refrigerator. It was sticking so Advanced Appliance repaired the line in back of the fridge. Unfortunately, because of that work, I wound up having to replace my whole ice maker. I am not exactly sure if this was their fault or not. Overall, I would still use them again because they are a good company and very respectful. I can not recall exactly what we paid for their work but I would say that it was somewhere under $500.

THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY SERVICED THE AC BUT THE GUY SAID HE COULDNT FIX THE FAN IN THE ATTIC. THE SECOND TIME THIS GUY ALSO SAID HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS NOW AND IVE CALLED EVERYDAY AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED.

THEY ARE AN ALRIGHT COMPANY, I MEAN THEY GET THE JOB DONE, AND WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY WILL BE HERE AT SEVEN AND THEY GOT HERE AT SEVEN THIRTY. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM.

I felt that Advance did a good job. When the job was finished, everything was working to my satisfaction. I would recommend Advance to others.

They completed work to the appliance without asking, such as taking it apart. They did services without asking. Then, they charged me for the services I didn't know about.

What I liked most about them was they were very helpful. The techs were very knowledgeable and nice. They answered all my questions. I would tell others to use them.

I feel the company is always there to help me. They have very good customer service and they came and fixed the appliance promptly. I will use them again.

His truck was messy. I thought that the price was a little high. He was very good at showing me what the problem was and what to look for in the future. He was on time and very polite and courteous.

I had called him on a Friday, and was shocked when they said a repairman could come out on Saturday. Even after that, he had to come back again, and he didnt charge me. I really like the way he handled my problem.

I felt that the staff at Advanced Appliance was very friendly. I was very pleased that their initial estimate was the same as my final cost. Although it took a little longer to order a part, I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very good with the service. I got to know the guy that came out so that made it a lot better to be able to relate to the worker. They were a little late on some occasions but for the most part they were always on time.

I was happy because he assessed the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always hire him.
