Description of Work: They replaced the heat exchange in my system.

Description of Work: Serviced HVAC. Everything was good, and the service was done without any problems.

Description of Work: Installed new hot water heater. Prior month we installed new heat pump ($ 6400.) Have appt. today to repair shower water leak. We found that the technicians are great, professional and knowledgeable. We have been disappointed in some of the office staff in regards to scheduling and returning calls.

Description of Work: They were told well in advance about a 2 hour window when I couldn't be home, so of course that's when they arrived, hung a tag on my door, and left. Had to convince them to retry and had to wait 2 more days for them to return.

Description of Work: it;s been awhile and i can't remember I do remember that he was a pleasant fellow. His price was fair. I also remember that my floor was scratched after he left. I didn't complain though because overall he did a fairly good job

Description of Work: We could find no one in town to repair our Samsung refridgerator, because of the company's closed repair shop protocol (ie, you have to contact Samsung and they tell you who can repair the item). For this reason, I will never buy another Samsung product. however, AAS had techs that had worked on Samsung items, and my husband and i had pretty much diagnosed the problem before he arrived (back panel not defrosting high enough, impeding fan circulation). Eli was very professional, unscrewed the back panel and defrosted the fridge. He was very professional, and explained the problem with Samsung's closed repair network. Samsung provides no training or techical bulletins to non-authorized repair shops, but they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. On time, reasonable cost (though I should have nailed that down up front...it was based loosely on time spent). I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I use Advanced Appliance Service Inc appliance repair. The last time I used them was about six months ago for fixing a leaking toilet and also to fix the screw which I dropped down my disposal.

Description of Work: Tech came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Did not do repair as advised by the technician because it would have cost about as much as a new washer. Technician advised the mother board was out and it would cost 435.00 for a new one and in his opinion a new washer was the better option since mine was 7 yrs old already and we all know they don't make things like they use to. I asked what make/model he would purchase if it were his home and he gave me a couple suggestions and commented parts for that particular brand was cheaper to purchase and were very high quality if it were to ever need repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone. The washer he recommended was a whirlpool.
