When I called, they asked that I check something on my fusebox to make to sure it was something that I couldn't fix. They came out within a day, and fixed the problem. I felt that they were very honest and did a great job.

Kevin was prompt, thorough, cheerful and personable. He answered any questions that we had. One interesting thing, within a week of the tune-up the AC went out due to a blockage in the condensation drain pipe. We called the company and a serviceman came out immediately, and fixed it. When queried as to why this happened right after an inspection, they agreed that the prior service person could have knocked debris loose, which just happens. They didn't charge for the service call, and he explained to me how to prevent this, and how to fix it myself in the future. i was very impressed and pleased.

The AC unit at my business completely died. I was contacted immediately after I placed the order and a time was set up for the next day to come out and look at our AC unit. Once the technician got here, it took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue with the unit. The part was ordered that day and the unit was repaired the next business day!

He arrived a few minutes early! He spent time in the attic where part of the unit is and also outside where the rest of it is. He explained the ages of the inside and outside machinery. No other company had explained that one part was much newer than the other. He explained how I could tell if I needed to change the air filter. Quite simply, it appeared to be clean because I could see through it. I had the service provider check the vent in one of my rooms because I thought the vent must be closed. He explained that the vent was open but that due to the location of the room next to my hot garage, the one vent probably wasn't adequate. 
I was very pleased with RJS Heating and Air, Inc. and plan to use their services in the future.
