Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $89 Heat Pump Tune-Up & Inspection. Our HVAC system went out and one technician came out to do the inspection. It took him about 30 minutes. He didn’t perform the service as requested, because our heat pump failed and had to be replaced. He was courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: Nothing. I cancelled the call. I was told that the price I paid was for the wrong type of service and I needed to pay $20+ more. All I wanted was a Spring inspection - our unit was working fine. The person I spoke with was not helpful at all. I'm disappointed in Angie's List so far. This was my very first experience.
