I spent about $7000 or $8000. I liked everything from their installation to sales.

Great, they arrived on a Thursday and finished on Friday. Should have called them much earlier.

Mary Maki and Scott gave us an estimate in May 2013 for our screened porch enlargement and enclosure. After thinking about it, we decided that it was just a bit high, so we asked Mary for other ideas. She was very accommodating and took us to see another porch enclosure that they had done which would cost us less, but which turned out to be even better that what we originally had looked at. We are VERY pleased with our new, gorgeous sunroom! It's everything we wanted. The attention to detail, the professionalism, and the quality of workmanship make Porch Conversion a company that we would recommend to anyone!

They were good. They did an excellent job. They are very accommodating, very on time, and everything that they said they were going to do, they did when they said they were going to do it, it came out well.

VERY pleased with end result. Product is sturdy, well constructed and very attractive. Workers were polite, prompt and paid very close attention to detail. They cleaned up work area daily. Salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful with the design. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

We just love our new sunroom. We met with Mary and Paul Maki to discuss our options and found them to be professional, friendly and full of good ideas. We met with other sunroom conversion companies but felt most confidant with the Porch Conversions team- and the price was right!! The work began on time and went exactly as scheduled. Brian, the Construction Manager and his team, arrived punctually each day, were meticulous and obviously take great pride in their work. Friendly and courteous - and they clean the site each day!! The materials used in the conversion are good quality and the installation was perfect. We had the floor tiled and again this job was done to perfection. We would not hesitate in recommending Porch Conversions and would definitely use them again for future projects.

It went extremely well. From beginning to end, everyone was professional. Scott, the salesperson, has great product knowledge, and he shows great confidence and support for his team. When he left with a deposit, we had no doubts or concerns. We enjoyed his presentation and were totally happy with our purchase. The job was tentatively scheduled 8 weeks out. When the order for the door and windows came in, the team was able to begin the job a week ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus for us. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The team showed up on time and began work right away. They started around 8:00/8:30 AM and worked until around 7:00 PM, with only a lunch break. They were extremely efficient, detail oriented, and worked well together. And at the end of the day they were clearly very proud of the job when we praised their work. The following day, another worker from the company came by to inspect the job and make sure we were happy. He was very pleasant and detail oriented as well. Before he left, he assured us the company stands behind their work and asked us to call if we have any issues or concerns. We're very pleased with the work. The room is beautiful. This company covers their work end to end; nothing falls off their process. Everyone we dealt with clearly enjoyed their job, owning their work personally.

I found Porch Conversions here on Angie's List which led me to their website. I very much liked what I saw so, I contacted the company. A day later I was contacted by Mary Maki and we setup a visit for an estimate. For the estimate I met with Mary and Paul Maki the owners. Both were very pleasant people. I had met with and discussed this project with other Sunroom companies. I knew the types of glass panels used and the varying quality. After taking the necessary measurements I was given the estimate on the Sunroom. I was amazed at the quote. It was several thousand less than others I had been given. I saved so much that I asked for a quote to place a roof over my 17 x 28 patio. I told Paul and Mary I couldn't believe the cost and signed a contract and was only required to put $100 down. They explained that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to schedule in the work and order all the materials. True to their word work began 7 weeks later. Brian the Construction Manager and his crew arrived on time. Throughout construction Brian and crew were always friendly and courteous. They would even stop to ask how my day was going and explain what they were doing. I found this to be a pleasant change to what I have grown used to in my area. The crew was extremely meticulous with all their work. They are not a normal work crew. They are Craftsmen!! They are obviously a product of a great company and more obviously are "Professionals" that enjoy what they do. In the week since they completed the project we have spent as much time as we can enjoying the great looks and function of our new porch. All materials are top notch and when combined with quality construction make for an awesome result. I will without hesitation recommend Porch Conversions.com. I will also tell you that you would be crazy to use ANY other company. Thank you Porch Conversions......you hit a homerun here.

They were informative with design info. Worked with us to reach a design that we imagined and could afford. All services were efficient and done in a timely fashion.

My husband and I had become dissatisfied with our screened in porch. I honestly thought I would love having the porch and use it all the time. But the reality was that we didn't use it much in the winter because it was too cold, didn't use it much in the summer because it was too hot, and didn't use it much in the spring because of the pollen. When we did use it, we had to clean dust and dirt off of our furniture constantly. It became a waste of space and a pain to maintain. That is when we started looking into converting it to a sunroom. Our experience started with a visit from Mary and Paul to get an idea of what they could do for us and the cost of the project. We had called a few different companies and we were not happy with their costs or just their initial impressions. Paul and Mary came to our house on time and I was struck with how friendly they both were. They were extremely professional and knowledgable but it didn't feel like they were talking down to me. They took measurements and noted exactly what we wanted. I really liked how they didn't try to push anything to drive up the costs - in fact, they tried to find ways to make things less expensive without sacrificing quality. I was so impressed with them, I asked them to make a separate trip to our home in the evening when my husband would be home. He was so happy with the estimate and with their ideas that he signed up with porch conversions that night. And my husband is extremely careful (aka stingy) with his money! They also left us a lengthily list of references which was comforting. We actually did go see someone else's sunroom that porch conversions completed and it was gorgeous and the homeowners were thrilled. When they started our job, we got to meet several crew members who were all very professional and nice. Our foreman, Brian, took plenty of time to answer my many questions. I was one of those nosey homeowners that wanted to know what was involved and what the plan was for each day of construction. They were very patient with me and my children and our overly excitable dogs. The crew worked hard from the morning to evening and were always very careful about cleaning up any debris left over. I felt comfortable leaving my home while they worked and even leaving the door unlocked when necessary. The finished product is just beautiful. We get so many compliments and it has quickly become a much used room in our home. My friends and I can sit in the air conditioning drinking our coffee, while our children play in the backyard. We can see everything they do and the windows easily slide open to a screen so we can hear the kids as well. My husband can decompress there after work and relax. We have a TV in there and it makes a perfect setting to watch a football game with family and friends. Sometimes we sit out there and enjoy a thunderstorm without getting wet. I also love the fact that there is a warranty on the windows and that they stand behind their work. I've called them a few times after completion to answer questions (the issue was user error on my part) and they were more than happy to help or send someone out to check. We are thrilled with everything porchconversions has done and highly recommend them!

We had met with 3 companies and chose Porch Conversion because of the good reviews on this website and because of the exuberance of Mary & Paul as they really seemed to love the work they are performing. All work was performed exactly as specified and within the time frame originally outlined. Travis was the person in charge f the 2 man crew performing the work. His work was excellent and performed any slight modification we requested. Mary would pop in occasionally during construction to check on the work and ask if we were satisfied. All in all, Porch Conversion was very pleasant to work I would highly recommending working with Porch Conversion.

We met with three home improvement teams before we selected Porch Conversions (Paul and Mary Maki) for our project. We felt they understood what we had in mind (often, before we did) and seemed to be the right choice for us. We are SO HAPPY we chose them! From writing out the contract to Day 1 of starting the project to the little extras throughout the project and finally of needing help with decorating ideas, Paul and Mary have been there for us. Their team of builders, painters, and electricians were always prompt, took care of themselves and our home, introduced themselves and were polite throughout the day. They always cleaned up prior to leaving. Each evening, someone would check with us to ensure we knew what to expect the next day. The whole experience was flawless. I called for an estimate. Estimator came promptly and listed work to be done. I paid $100 at that time to get the work started. Windows and door had to be ordered. I had to get the concrete slab leveled. Work to enclose the porch started soon after the leveling was completed. I wasn't asked to pay another dime of the Porch Conversion balance until the work was completed. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience in dealing with the estimator, Paul and Mary, the foreman and the two workmen. The cost of installation of ceramic floor tile by another contractor, which tile I purchased separately, was discounted by Porch Conversion from their contract price. I paid a separate contractor for painting of the interior and exterior brick, drywall and Hardiplank walls once the Porch Conversion work was finished.

We checked out a bunch of companies, got over five quotes, learned about all types of glass, hardware, etc. We felt this was the best construction materials for the best value. We are very pleased with the job. They cleanned upafter themselves, did very precise work with noce even corners and the end product is functional and beautiful.

They took out an old porch and put in a full glass sunroom porch. They were prompt, communicative and clean. We knew exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. They were on time and their product is awesome.

This company is a pleasure to do business with, from the initial contact to the work crew to the finished product. There was never a bit of refuse left behind, not even a cigarette butt. Each days work ended with a vacuuming and a clean-up. The whole crew were gentlemen, treating each of us with courtesy and kept us informed of every step of the work. The quality of the materials used is of the highest caliber. In short, our only regret is that we didn't find this company and hire them much sooner than we did.

This was the third sunroom we've had installed by Paul and Mary’s company, and to say we’re satisfied customers is an understatement. They are always a pleasure to work with throughout the process, from initial consultation and estimate to the finished room. The 2-man crew who did the work was on time, very skilled and professional, polite, and always left the project clean and neat. The work would normally take 3-4 days, but we needed to change the size of some windows. The new windows arrived when they said they would, and the room was finished quickly. These people do what they say they'll do! We expect to stay in our home for many years to come, and know our sunroom will be our favorite room in the house.
