He provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction with his professional yet very personable interactions with us. Every day on the job Joe was on time, worked hard and diligently, explained the process and patiently answered and addressed any questions/ concerns we had along the way. His communication with us was more than thorough from start to finish and even afterwards to see if the loose ends has been taken care of. Our project was treated as if it were his own. Let me congratulate and thank you and your entire team for creating a magnificent glass enclosure for our Lanai. The two of you did a great job in designing our attractive structure and crew team members Joe Rangel and Brian Kincade flawlessly executed that design. The result is spectacular. Joe and Brian were ably assisted by your very competent electricians Dan Toth and Derrick (?) and painter Mike Locklear. Their work product was superb. Your team faced three solid weeks of rain and some challenging electrical issues. They overcame all of those challenges. All of your team, and the two of you, did the best work we've had on this home. Everyone seems to genuinely like what they're doing and have pride in your company. That is quite rare today. It translated into our feeling that everyone wanted to build us a spectacular Lanai. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Porch Conversion, was punctual, courteous and very professional and experienced. We thank you for a job extremely well done. Feel free to use us as a reference for anyone considering a project. We'd be glad to speak with them on your behalf as well. Worked went as scheduled and it all looked great. First rainstorm my sunroom floor was drenched, rug completely soaked, standing water. Porch Conversion did not return phone calls or voice message; I had to physically drive to the Wilmington showroom to get someone to talk to. My info was taken by a very nice young man; someone called the next day and two of the installers came out a few days later and cleaned out tracks and caulked. The next rainstorm, there were water leaks again; same process required; 2nd visit, one installer came out and recaulked. Third rainstorm, water leaked in, but smaller amount. 3rd visit to recaulk. This morning, after a lot of rain last night, my floor and rug are soaked. I believe the tracks are clogged again and the water is backing up. The doors have weep holes, including the inside track, which means if the weep holes clog, water comes into the inside track and overflows into the room. The weep holes not the outside track are so large, that every insect and small salamanders have gotten in. They provided me with "foam" to put into the weep holes.

The whole process was great. I really want to thank everyone for their congeniality and for the exellent results. We are very pleased.

Its a hallmark of a good company how they respond to issues that may arise. I had an electric problem and the response was excellent, courteous and very fair. Highly recommend.

The process from start to finish could not have gone better! The moment my Husband and I walked in the door we were warmly greeted. We were placed in touch with our designer Scott who was absolutely amazing. He came out to the house, gave us a free estimate, was never pushy and helped us to design our perfect new sunroom. Time expectations was right on schedule even though they were battling horrible weather (very rainy season here). The crew was polite and very professional. Scott stayed with us form start to finish. We could not be more pleased with our experience. I would and have highly recommend giving Porch Conversion a chance give you, your perfect room as well!

The job went very well with zero problems. They initially came out to review the proposed design and provide a quote. We modified the design slightly and agreed upon a price. They made a 2nd visit to go over the final design and make sure all details were understood. Then work began, and they did everything exactly according to what was previously agreed upon. There was not one point of confusion or disagreement anywhere during the entire process. In the end, the product was great. Outstanding quality and attention to detail. I would recommend Porch Conversion to anyone without hesitation.

This was a very simple job that should have taken no more than three days to complete. This smallish job took OVER SIX MONTHS! We were saved by the fact that we included one simple line into the contract that read "all work must meet local codes". PLEASE write this into your contracts folks before you sign anything! When the job was "completed" and they asked for full payment. We said the check would be mailed as soon as we received the signed final inspections and permits. There were never any inspections because no permits were ever pulled. The relationship did not get any better from that point The actual product and materials that are supplied are of good quality. The installation team and sub-contractors are qualified. BUT - the big problem is PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS! This important piece of the procedure is missing entirely. The company has a real problem in this area. Many, many days taken off from work spent waiting, waiting, waiting for contractors that never showed up! Simply put "they dropped the ball on this one" and that's a direct quote. In the end the owner apologized, but sometimes "I'm sorry" just isn't enough. I recommend that you look elsewhere for a more professional installation team.

it went great we are also adding a mini split to have the room 4 seasonal with heating and air. We could not be more please with porch conversion and they come highly recommended.

It went great from start to finish. The professionalism of the staff and crew were superior. The quality of the product and the timely and neat manner as they installed it was above our expectations. We are super pleased with our porch enclosure and look forward to enjoying it .pollen free..this spring! We would recommend porch conversion to everyone. Top notch company !

It went wonderful from start to finish. We are pleased with the transoms below and we have a much better view with the sliders and they are so easy to open and close. We love our new 4 season room. Everyone from start to finish was so professional. We could not be more pleased . The product is outstanding as well as all of the staff and installers.

From the presentation and estimate to work and completion, it was a pleasure working with Porch Conversion. The only glitch, and it was very minor, was some miscommunication between the staff and the town inspector for the final inspection. But that only cost a day and was readily rectified when we called in about it. The supervisor and his workers were clearly skilled, polite, and made sure we were satisfied and understood every step of the process. They even improved a couple things we hadn't even thought about, or seen. We are very pleased with their professionalism, service and results.

Job went smooth and turned out better that expected. From start to finish it went great and the system is easy to use and now we can use it as another room and also open with the screens when weather permits. We love our new porch !

They built it with bad craftsmanship. We had to tear it out. We had to pay for it twice. They walked off the job and left the materials in the yard. It is not a good company to do business with.

Porch conversion did a fantastic job from beginning to end. The quality of the product is superior and from the initial meeting with the salesman to the final install we could not be more pleased or satisfied. Neighbors are coming by and we could not give higher reviews. Our porch looks and feels larger with the glass sliders. The installers worked well and neat and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The inside staff as well as the sales people were outstanding and the communication through out the entire progress was great. I give them 5 stars and would refer to family and friends.

Work was started on time as promised. The crew were professional and the workmanship was better than expected. Everything was cleaned up at the end and the room was ready to move in. Everybody was efficient and readily available to take care of everything that needed to be accomplished. Very happy with the results.

The design of the enclosure system is very good. It allows for the component installation to be adjusted for site dimensional variations. Our installers were very detail conscious and made sure that all components fit cleanly and securely. They were thorough and completely professional. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks who did our porch.

We went to this contractor for ideas and a quote. The salesman was very good and the showroom looked great. However, the salesman did not communicate the initial appointment for the home visit and quote, so we were stood up and had to reschedule. The person we talked to apologized and rescheduled a second appointment. No one showed up for that one either. Poor communication and failing to show up when promised is a huge red flag for a contractor. There are plenty of sunroom contractors in the area, so we will pursue another one. We assigned a grade of D to reflect this experience and because we don't know the quality of the work when performed.

Looking at the product and seeing how well it was engineered, I would have no problem selling it.

A few punchlist items, but over all, it went very well! Their product (in my case, plexiglas panels) seems to be very well constructed, and their technicians were very professional.
