Description of Work: They replaced a faucet in the tub, replaced the toilet with a new unit. They responded extremely well and completed the job with much less mess and cost as another estimate I had received. I also called them in June of this year after the water heater failed. They came out Saturday afternoon, replaced the water heater and actually fixed a leak I had in the sink after I asked him about it. He advised he could fix it faster than he could tell me what I needed to do, lol. Will use AGAIN. Great company and all the employees I have had contact with.

Description of Work: I called them because of a high water bill and water authority said it wasn't their fault so I called Parlier. They came on time,inspected plumbing inside and determined it was a leak by the water meter. That had to be dug up and pulled out, roots from tree had damaged it, pipe replaced and everything cleaned up and buried again. The tech worked over 3 1/2 hours digging and cutting roots of tree. It was worth what I paid (although I think the water authority was at fault). |
