Very efficient operation, pleasant people to work with.

The 1st guy showed up with no tools drained 100 gallon's of rusty water on my driveway! He didn't check the elements. Ordered new ones for a 25 year old water heater which was rusted out on the bottom band. 2nd time he came out he couldn't get the elements out to replace them because of all the rust. So I was w/o hot water again. So the Company had to order a new water heater. Another repairman came out and installed it. This one didn't work so again no hot water unreal! So another Plumbing Company had to be called in to repair the new water heater Parlier installed. I would never call them out for anything. I told the 1st guy that the water heater was rusted out the one that came out with no tools and had to borrow my husbands tools. If he would have checked the element he would have seen how rusty they where. It was no way possible to get the old element out. The water heater was rusted out inside no repairing it.

Plumber was punctual. Removed old water heater and installed new 50 gal. water heater in about 2 hours total. He was very professional and left everything clean.

SEVERAL MONTHS AGO I ANSWERED YOUR REQUEST FOR RATING THIS PROVIDER, YET REPEATEDLY I RECEIVE FROM YOU THE SAME RATING REQUEST. SO AGAIN...I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SEVERAL JOBS DONE BY PARLIER PLUMBING...TALENTED, CONGENIAL WORKERS, ETC. THEN I ORDERED A WATER TEST, SINCE I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE MY KITCHEN FAUCET (WITH TOP BRANDS) EVERY FEW YEARS. I ALSO RECEIVED A QUOTE FOR A WHOLE HOUSE CHARCOAL WATER FILTER AND ORDERED THAT TOO. HOWEVER, I NEVER HAD EITHER JOB ACCOMPLISHED AND DON'T KNOW WHY...VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I like him. He gave me advice on how to lengthen the life of the faucet. He told me not to tighten it all the way to keep the life of the washers longer. He was very proactive.

I met him (company owner) when the hot water heater was being replaced. I called the owner to have a hot water heater installed to my kitchen sink. He came out and estimated and I told him to proceed. An electrician came out to run a dedicated line. Both the two guys that came to do the plumbing work and the electrician all were outstanding. I remember it was hotter than hell in the attic. I remember feeling sorry for the guy.

Those guys replaced and different employees made the final repair.

Excellent service. Although this was not a total emergency, Service tech arrived within two hours of call, which exceeded my expectations. I showed David the problem and he had it fixed and cleaned up the mess I had made in just a few minutes. I had no problem paying the one hour minimum charge for such prompt and effective service. I may be doing a major plumbing project on the house in the future and Jason at Parlier Plumbing will be my first call.`

My carpenter used his plumber and things did not go well. The job was abandoned halfway through and those turkeys never would answer numerous calls and emails. I had always used Parlier Plumbing for repairs (back to when older Mr. Parlier ran the business--what a sweet man), and was always pleased. Jason now owns the business and has grown it without sacrificing quality. They always answer the phone and always show up on time, how professional. Called Parlier Plumbing and they got right to work and wrapped the project, installing a toilet, mini pump station, kitchen sink, hot water heater, disposal and bathroom faucet and shower, all in one day. Then they came back when I was ready to hook up the washer and show me how everything worked. Heroes!

I will tell you that this was one of the best plumbing jobs that I have seen from Parlier Plumbing. This is the first time I have used them. I called them from recommendations found on Angie Lists. Brian can out and assessed the situation. My old water heater was 24 years old and was leaking. He informed us that we needed a new one. He picked up and installed a new water heater in about 2 hours. That's removing the old one and installing a new one. He was great and very professional. I will certainly call this company again for my plumbing needs. I will ask for Brian. Great Service!

They never responded to my request.

Two very kind and professional guys showed up a little late, but they called ahead of time to let me know that they were running late. They worked hard trying to fix my problem and finally got to the root of the issue and got the pipes cleared. Wonderful service! I will definitely recommend their service to anyone!

They even installed a new hot water heater which went amazingly quickly and it works great.

I didn't encounter any unexpected stuff.

Parlier did a great job. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it so quickly I didn't realized that they were done already. Fantastic job.

Hired to cap off kitchen for remodel and then install garbage disposal, sink, faucet, and dish washer. Due to work schedules we couldn't sit around supervising. Initially we were happy with the service they provided, and called them out for other projects. The installations were the problem. The drain for the garbage disposal is not centered in the sink hole, which is very minimal apart from the fact that the sealing that was used around the entire thing is off white (sink and drain are stainless) and gooey continuously flaking and pealing off. That sealer had months to dry as our counter tops were being fabricated after installation of the apron sink, so it was a bad quality product. But even though I was disappointed with this, we still had them back to install the faucet and dishwasher after the counters arrived. I placed the faucet in the counter top hole in the orientation pictured on the box and in the instructions prior to their arrival. It is a Kohler Pulldown faucet- I figured they installed them all the time and would not need additional instruction.... When I got home from work the faucet was installed sideways (therefore hot and cold were oriented opposite) and wasn't retracting due to improper weighting under the sink. Also they had tried to charge my husband extra money (hundreds) than previously agreed for the kitchen remodel. They had told him the faucet is supposed to be pushed up in to place, not retract (as we all know it is supposed to do with proper weighting) and that we wanted it sideways. I called them on my next day off and told them there was an installation issue with the faucet weighting, and was shocked when the receptionist asked me "Well did you provide the faucet?". Was she seriously trying to blame the faucet for the installation problems? Finally she transferred me to someone that scheduled them to come out and fix it the next week. When they arrived I pointed out the issues with the weighting and the placement (with the handle toward the front rather than on the side as pictured on the box) and again he tried to blame everything else, and refused to admit that the faucet was not retracting correctly due to installation. I had read the instructions provided in the Kohler faucet and asked why they had not positioned the weight using a zip tie as the instructions indicate- his response: "was the zip tie in the box?". Really? I wasn't here when you went through the box, but the instructions sure were in the box, and as a plumber I would imagine you would bring any additional tools needed for the job- even our cabinet install guy would run out to the store if he needed more supplies for the job.

Called Angies List after seeing recurrent charge listed on bank statement & money was refunded

After 3 days of waiting, Parlier Plumbing Repairs never called or emailed me to schedule services to be performed at my house.

They responded to emergency call on July 4th and had plumber out within 2.5 hours. Crew was extremely courteous and skillful. Price very reasonable given holiday.

After checking all our plumbing and suggesting some minor repairs he then told us our water heater should be drained once a year. He said all we had to do was connect a hose to it and drain it - no need to call him or another plumber. I thought this was nice because another plumber would have pushed to do the work himself.

They were quick and efficient and corrected our problem immedialtely.

Very professional and answered multiple questions about future needs and or changes.

Replaced plastic fitting with steel one and reinforced tank so hopefully break won't happen again. Plumber was courteous and professional and explained the repairs to us.

Highly Professional work at a reasonable price. What else could I ask for?
