Michael was absolutely wonderful. He quickly fixed the garbage disposal leak and looked at our broken bathroom faucet. He had to order a part which unfortunately Fed Ex lost. Michael kept us informed of the progress of getting the part and came immediately when the part came in to fix the faucet. In the meantime, our kitchen faucet started to leak. He came to look at and had to order a part. Michael recognized the type of faucet and called another client who he knew had the same faucet to get the serial number.

Fine. He was friendly and efficient. He will come back next week to do some work.

So happy to have found an honest reliable plumber!!! We will be using them again in the near future to replace hot water heater .

We have used Parlier Plumbing for years. They are always responsive and friendly.

Arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Installers were polite and helpful. They cleaned up and removed all packing materials.

Jason was friendly, professional and thorough. Low pressure as far as trying to sell us further services. He even gave us a toll free number to call to get free parts to repair one of our barroom sinks. He simply wrote up a full estimate for our consideration. Once we pick out a new kitchen faucet we plan to call him to make all repairs.

Parlier Plumbing was so great. They arrived on time. I explained that I was concerned that I may have a water leak. They went under the house, checked the meter and all of the plumbing in the house and put dye in our toilets to check for leaks. In the end, we just need to make small repairs to the toilets. They had to go purchase the parts needed but returned promptly within a half hour to complete the repairs. I was very happy with Parlier Plumbing.

Parlier Plumbing arrived on time. A toilet flap was installed on the leaky toilet. A thorough plumbing inspection around the house was conducted for the $39 dollar Angies List special. Based on the inspection, if the flapper did not fix the leak and further work was to be done, all three toilets should have the components replaced,. I placed food coloring in the toilet and found the original toilet still leaking. So I hired Parlier to complete the recommended tasks. The flappers, tank bolts, tank floats were replaced, costing $159. After Parlier Plumbing left, I noticed that the original toilet I called about was still leaking. I placed blue food coloring in the toilet to confirm. They returned at a later date and replaced the toilet tank gaskets. They said if that doesn't work, then I have a broken toilet. I would not hire Parlier Plumbing again. While they were nice,professional and prompt, they should have diagnosed the problem from the beginning Angies List inspection. I wasted $159 and had to buy a new toilet from Lowes Home Improvement, which I replaced myself. Now I do not have any problems. I am not sure Angies List promotions are worth it.

I'm really happy with this plumbing company and would definitely recommend them. Jason was the plumber who did the work in my house, and he was very professional throughout the whole process. He was also conscientious about keeping my home clean (put booties over shoes when entering the house, cleaned up after his work, etc.). I have hired other plumbers in the past who were not nearly as tidy and professional, so it was a real plus. I will definitely use this company again, and I will request Jason.

I had water running on the floor of my garage so they squeezed me for the afternoon on the day I called. Michael (one of the co- owners) arrived on time. He was fast, professional, did the job quickly and at a very fair price. I was very pleased with the speed of the work, the detail it was performed and Michael's professionalism. I learned that the name Parlier was from the previous owner of the company who died. When Jason and Michael got the company, they decided to keep the name because the Plumbing company has been in business for over 60 years. I can't blame them for that at all. It was a smart decision because the company name is well known and respected. It is obvious to me that Jason and Michael (who are brothers that live locally in Rocky Point and Burgaw) take their business seriously and want to provide excellent customer service and guarantee your satisfaction. I highly recommend Parlier if you are looking for a good plummer that will be on time, do the job right and at a fair and reasonable price.

Water company called for excessive use of water. Home warranty staff recommended this vendor. Staff was on time for appointment, professional, informative, and completed the work in a reasonable timeframe

We were very pleased with the service we got. The plumber, MIchael, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time. He explained the problems we were having very well and fixed them. We will definitely use Parlier again.

We have an old house, Approximately eighty years old. The water pressure in the upper floors was never great but over the past few years it had diminished to a trickle. We called several plumbers to address the problem based on the recommendations of friends. If the plumbers even showed up (only three of six dept the appointments) they were not interested in tackling the problem. Jason, of Parlier Plumbing arrived at exactly on time for the first and all subsequent appointments. He was very professional, evaluated the problems and after some consideration gave us a quote that was very reasonable. His crew showed up on the appointed date and worked for several days in the house. They had to do a fair amount of deconstruction but left the house looking as if it had never been touched. We now have excellent water pressure throughout the house and amazingly fast hot water. I would give Parlier Plumbing my highest recommendation.

I installed an air conditioner, and when the inspector came out, he smelled gas when he opened the shed where the hot water heater is located. I contacted Piedmont Gas, and they came out and immediately cut off the gas as the heater had been incorrectly installed and vented 7 years prior. Parlier came out, and installed the correct heater. My renter contacted Piedmont again, and this is what they said. "The installation was phenomenal, the water tank installed was an excellent manufacturer, and the venting system with the water tank was perfect. He also agreed with the type of water heater we had that venting through the roof would not have been a "wise choice" as it may not have actually corrected the problem but simply alleviated it to some degree." I live out of state. I loved that I was able to take care of this problem over the phone , and my renter was taken care of promptly. Excellent experience, and excellent service. I would like to especially thank Tina for handling everything by telephone and fax for me. She was wonderful!!!

They have been excellent. They're timely, very friendly and incredibly reasonable price. It was through home warranty so we did not pay for the services.

Parlier Plumbing always comes as quickly as they can. These problems happened right before Thanksgiving and we needed their help before the holiday. They fixed the problems. The cost of the work is related to our co-payment with American Home Shield.

With the old system in this house, I am on a first name basis. They are wonderful, and I would recommend them to anybody. They are tops, they are FANTASTIC!
