They know their stuff. They have a quick turnaround. They do everything possible to get your part to you as quickly as possible. They come out and install it. The price is reasonable. They come out to the home. They never have to call anyone else. If you have a large appliance that requires repair, this company should be the first on your list to call.

The worker, Mike, came on time and was very courteous and professional. He assessed and fixed the problem. His work was neat and he took precautions when moving the fridge. The overall experience was as good as can be for an appliance call. I would use them agaon. Also, communication and follow up with the main office was also very good.

The repair didn't work but it was not his fault, it was just that a part needed to be replaced. The things that stood out about him was like when he came in, he put down a little rubber floor mat and put little booties on his feet, which I thought was pretty cool. I called about four different places and it took them almost two days to come out. Their price was standard and they did the best they could.

I placed a repair request the week before 3/29/2013. A technician came the next day and examined the refrigerator and gave me an estimate of the cost for the parts and labor. He (Mike) said he could replacethe faulty compressor right away, or order the part from another source which would keep the price down. The lower price part would take a week to be shipped to the company. I told Mike to order the part. I was called by Mike one week later and informed that the part had arrived and we scheduled a repair visit for 3/29/2013. Mike came that day and removed the defective compressor along with a part called a "hard start" that was attached to the compressor. The hard start is a "patch job"part that was put on the refrigerator to make the failing compressor work a little longer. Mike explained this all to me.This was evidently done at the second hand shop where my wife purchased the refrigerator six months before. The refrigerator works just fine now...even better at making ice...

Showed up on time and accurately diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher as a burned out motor. Given the cost of replacing the motor and the age of the dishwasher, I opted to replace it rather than repair. If I had repaired it, however, my $75 service fee would have been deducted from the cost of repairs.

Required a retunr visit after the ordered part was received. Installation went well. Service was professional ! Courtious and prompt ! We will have them back when appliance repairs require !!!

I was conflicted on giving an overall of A or B but ultimately decided to go with B. The technician was very nice and even called me earlier than the scheduled time. I was busy so he came at the regular time but I thought it was nice to see that it's possible to get an earlier appointment if they are available. The repair call was for my oven that was not heating. The tech came in and did some quick tests to determine the issue. It happened to be an expensive repair and I decided to go with a new oven instead of fixing the old one. This is where the B rating comes in. I understand the need to cover overhead and business costs, but I think $79 is excessive especially since they wouldn't even talk to me on the phone about my issue. You are committed as soon as you make an appointment. I do think that the fee is applied to the repair if you go ahead with it. I guess I've always taken the advertised "free estimates" for granted as standard practice. i would have been OK with $25 or $30 for an estimate but $79 was too much. I will be using a different local service with free estimates should I need future repairs. I can't comment on quality of work because I didn't go with the repair, however the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and I probably would have been happy with the results, just turns out that for me it wasn't worth fixing when I could get a new one for close to the repair cost. I don't fault Mr. Appliance for that as it was my personal preference. So the B rating is because I was put off by the estimate (or lack there of) process and cost.

Chose this service because reviews were high. Also, they allowed submittal of service request online. They asked for a half/day window of when I wanted the technician to come out....reasonable window size. I submitted the request. They called the next morning and we worked out the contact information. An email followed stating what hour window the technician would come. Within that window, the technician arrived, troubleshooted the problem, asked for authoriziation to go ahead with fixing the problem and done! All of this sounds normal and common sense, right? Common sense, yes. Normal no. When you find a service like this, you stick with it because it is NOT normal. Mr. Appliance aced it. And yes, all my top stars are accruate.

The tech's diagnosis was on target and he told us the exat part we'd need. He gave us a tip on how to use the machine until he returned with the part. Next day he was righton time and installed the part in less than 30 minutes.

Called for an appointment. Associate was professional and polite. Appointment was made via email, along with photo of technician so you would know who to expect. Associate puts down doormat and puts on shoe covers before entering. Mike came on time. Professional and polite. Looked at the problems and called suppliers to check part availability and price. Wrote quote and gave estimate of when he could return. Office called when parts were received and second appointment was made. Took less time than they estimated. Work was done correctly and for price quoted. Follow up receipts and quality survey performed after repair visit. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Repaired timer on Clothes Dryer. Replace electronices panel for Ice maker on refrig.Replaced water lines on refrig.

They were great. Their rates were fair and the service guy was knowledgeable and fine to work with. They followed up several times.

The tech was very nice, treated me with respect, and wore booties over his shoes when he came inside.

Overall, it turned out much better than anticipated. Not stressful at all.

I don't think service in this category gets any better. Friendly staff works to get the earliest appointment time possible. With an emergency, they juggle assignments to get the job done. Technicians are prompt, courteous and know their trade. A great company to work with.

Matt with Mr. Appliance was very helpful. I was very satisfied with his service and his help. He was very professional. I like the fact that he gets most of his appliances from stores.

Sunday night I realized my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. I called Mr. Appliance when I woke up for work at 8 and spoke with Sara to schedule the appointment. She was very nice and explained how the repair would be handled and the ways that payments are determined. A technician at my house by 10! I was greeted by a clean cut and polite man who introduced himself as Mike. He had placed a mat on the front steps to ensure nothing was dragged into the house on his shoes and had even covered them with orange booties to protect my floors! I directed him to the kitchen and explained that it was really warm in the fridge and I haven't opened it since I realized it to keep it as cool as possible. He laid out a mat to set his tools on and tested the temperature inside the fridge. He explained it was 40 degrees warmer then it should be and carefully moved the refrigerator to access the back. Within 15 minutes he had found the problem and had worked up a quote for the repair. He explained what had failed and how he can fix it. I approved the quote and he went out to his truck to get the part. The refrigerator was back up and running within an hour. He made sure to clean up after himself and even offered to clean the coils for me at no additional cost so I "won't overwork my compressor" as he explained. He returned everything in my kitchen back to it's original state and handed me a receipt after I paid him. I was so impressed with how professional and clean the technician was that I've told all my neighbors about this company. I even received a follow up phone call from Sara to make sure my fridge was still working properly and to make sure I was happy with the service. This company was quick, friendly, and clean from the first phone call through to the follow up phone call. I've never had a repair man take such care in protecting my floors and countertops and taking the time to explain the details of the repair to me before! I will definatly use them again if any of my appliances ever fail, and recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!!
