I had the best customer service experience! My dryer heat element went out and I was stuck w 2 loads of wet laundry. I called spoke to Kim, she was awesome!! She said they were booked until Friday. I explained my obsession w laundry and begged for someone to come sooner. She said let me call some techs and see what I can do. I got a call back in 1/2 hr and dryer fixed 2 hrs later. WOW!!! Just WOW!!! Brad my tech was soooo nice!! He explained everything and showed me the part that went bad and checked my fuse box, dryer vent. Mr. Appliace Went the extra mile for me the customer. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Kim and Brad for such a fabulous experience.

Went very well. Repair person was friendly, professional and kept his mask on the entire time. Immediately knew what the problem was. Took a few days to get the right part, then came back and replaced in no time. Would definitely hire again

I knew I was going to pay for a service call that might result in a finding of parts-no-longer-available. So my oven didn't get fixed - but that's the only reason I gave it a B instead of an A. The guy was on time and very courteous and competent.

Repair man knew what to do and finished in good time and everything works perfectly now. He was personable, clean, knowledgeable, timely. I would call him again with other problems. I have his card.

They did a great job and fixed it without needing any parts. They put on shoe covers, were polite and nice young men. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.

It was awesome. The guy was super polite and informative. I wasn't at home in the beginning, he took the time and explained everything and then the company called the day before they will come. He was early and never late. As soon as he came, he put his PPE's on like gloves, mask and boots.

They've got gimmicks where they say they have a flat rate for the service call and then zap you on the parts. I thought the price was pretty extraordinary. They did fix the problem but they took advantage. The price was way more than it should have been. The quality was fine. I haven't had anymore problems with it. They were on time. They did do the work well but I feel like they were not fair on the price. Once you've already paid for the service call, you're not going to be going any place else so they know they've got you. I will not be using them again. They're going to fix the problem but you are going to be soaked on the price. They got back to me within a few days.

Repairman arrived on time with a text being sent prior to arrival showing picture of repairman. He was knowledgeable and ordered part and returned within a week to complete the job. Very professional and thorough. Part was expensive but not their fault.

Very BAD - a pleasant technician showed up on time and after taking the front panel apart and doing some examination of the parts inside, came up with a Repair Estimate of $443. to replace both the Controller Board and the Push-Button (Interface) Boards. After the technician left, a quick Web search showed a simple Multi-Key RESET sequence that has since returned the Dishwasher to full functionality. When I called the manager to request a refund for the incompetent service call, he refused to do so. I see absolutely no reason to have paid $84. for such a service call when the unit was NOT returned to functionality by a few simple key pushes.
