They scheduled me for a service call for the first day after I contacted them. Late afternoon the day before the appointment, they sent me an email with a 2 hour service window. The tech, Will, was right on time. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem. When he found the faulty part, he immediately checked availability and told me if was a factory ordered part (2 weeks wait), but that they would try to find one elsewhere, About four days later, they called and said they found the part and asked if they could come out the next day. Again, I received an email with the 2 hour window, and again, he was right on time. He replaced the part and tested his work. It was a joy to find such a competent and considerate company. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and for the price I was told it would cost. Mr. Appliance will be my appliance service company from now on.

We thought the trouble was the ice maker but it ended up being a bad water valve. He charged $170 after we got an Angie's List discount

I was very impressed with the quality of service and reasonable pricing offered by Mr. Appliance. Their technician showed up on time, explained everything he was doing, finished his repairs quickly, and made no attempt to sell anything beyond what we needed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of prompt and reasonable appliance services.

He did exactly what he was suppose to do! He was on time and was obvious to me he knew what he was doing! He went to work right away and took the ice maker apart and knew it needed a new part and explained to me. It made sense. He ordered the part and returned when he said he would. I got an email confirmation. He repaired the ice maker in 15 mins. and everything was all set and ready to go and it is still working! The technician did excellent work and was professional! I am very happy with the entire ordeal and it was made easy for me! Thank you, Mr. Appliance!

Fixed heating element quickly. Made appointment with service professional to do other work on dishwasher.On the day of our appointment, service professional noticed pump was leaking. Fortunately our home warrenty covered that, repair was authorized and completed in a timely manner. My husband and I are quite pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the service man (Mike) Would use this company again in a heart beat. They sent us thank you emails after the work was done---who does that these days???

They were careful about cleanliness in our home, very courteous, and resolved the problem. As a result, I purchased a maintenance contract for all of our appliances. They offered a coupon for the work and also applied it to the maintenance contract increasing the value of the service. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors.

Mr. Appliance was on time, extremely courteous, and fair. A coupon was offered for the visit and for the annual service contract I signed up for. They were proficient in providing the service at a value I felt was good.

Estimate was 60% higher than I paid 18 months ago. I will wait for the installer I got last time. At least, I didn't waste anybodies' time since the phone was answered and she looked up the price range. By the way, the 60% was the low end of the range!

He said it was better just to repair the machine rather than purchase a new one. He was nice, polite, and punctual.

Water was not heating as it should have been. They were efficient and timely.

Both of my approx. 2-yr-old Samsung appliances (gas range and refrigerator) had already begun to fail. The read-out on the fridge door was not working and it could take nearly an hour to start the oven as it would send error messages and only begin heating after it had been re-set several times. We became seriously concerned, though, when we began smelling gas. Will, from Mr Appliance, located and eliminated the source of the gas smell: the middle burner was clogged. It is the only burner consisting of two pieces and they apparently must be unscrewed and taken apart to be cleaned properly, which Samsung fails to mention in the owner's manual. After taking care of that, the repairman examined/tested the oven. He said I needed a new igniter switch. I had heard that Samsung parts usually have to be ordered from the factory, so I was really happy when I found out that he had it on his truck! The control panel for the fridge does need to be ordered. They gave me the quote and will place the order when I'm ready to go ahead with it, which will likely be soon. There are two morals to this story: 1) Don't ever, ever, ever, even think of buying a Samsung kitchen appliance 2) if you already own one, be glad that Mr. Appliance can fix it.

Came to fix leaking dishwasher but could find the problem or the leak.

Tech was punctual and competent with troubleshooting. Was able to confirm problem was the thermostat. This relatively common part was not available on the truck however, so tech had to make a return call to install the new part. As a plus, the tech recommended replacement of the defrost timer also which is a common failure point. On return call, parts were installed and fridge verified as working properly. Cost seemed a little high to me. Bill was ~$220 and parts cost on the internet was ~$80. This gives a labor charge of $140 for less than 2 hrs work and included a 15% Angies List coupon discount. The website also stated there was a 15% senior discount, which was not included. If this senior discount is not applicable with other discounts, the website needs to say so. Note this is the second time I have run into problems with the senior discount.

I called Mr. Appliance on 9/21/13. Service was scheduled for 9/26/13. Repairman gave courtesy phone call. He was on his way, came to house, found problem, gave quote and fixed.

Technician diagnosed problem quickly. Told me my options and then with my approval made the repair.

Starting with the scheduling this company is very professional and punctual. The appointment was scheduled between 1:45 and 3:30 pm. The Service Tech, Thomas, called at 1:30 and was 10 minutes away. Right on time as promised. He was very professional and checked my fridge thoroughly. He tested everything. He took the time to explain completely everything he was checking. He could not find anything out of normal operation. He came to the conclusion the air inside was not circulating as it should to properly cool due to a lot of items pushed to the rear of the shelves. This was a relief. All I needed to due was clean out my fridge. Thomas went one step further and took the vacuumed the coils in the rear and cleaned underneath. I was very impressed with their Honesty and professional service. I would definitely recommend them and call them again in the future.

The technician arrived to fix (estimate the fix) and was given approval by the warranty company to proceed., The Technician told me he ordered the part and would be back on Tuesday morning to make the repair. He never showed up on Tuesady and didn't call either. I took the morning off as this was the widow that was communicated by the tech. When I called the office folks were very defensive and rude. They told me the parts hadn't arrived and that when they did they would send me an email around 3pm telling me when they planned to arrive. I asked to have the parts vendor called to find out a possible delivery date Mr. Appliance did so and called back within 10 minutes to tell me that the parts just arrived. Very contentiously they couldn't tell me when they could schedule an appointment until they sent me an email at 3pm for the next day. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't have the flexibility of being able to respond in this short notice so I asked to have an apt 1st thing on Friday. They agreed to this. I called corporate in Waco TX. to voice my opinion on the local companies attitude and that even though they totally missed an appointment and didn't communicate. Within an hour, I received a call from the local company that they were sending back the parts and would not service the washer. The person who called identified himself as the "branch manager", subsequently I fuind out he was the owner. Not only was he not upfront as to who he was, but he had the audacity of screaming at me. In addition he called the warranty company and told them that I peppered his employees as well as himself with obscenities this did not happen, my admin assistant was in my office and I spoke to him on speaker phone, a verifiable fact.

Mike was professional, on time, called. Though he had to go someplace to get the part, he came back after his last call and put it in so I could start the refrig/freezer going again. I would use them again--positive experience

The man was very pleasant to talk with. He could easily have charged us for his time, but he chose not to. Very honest man; I would recommend him without hesitation.

I thought they were reasonable. They have a deal where you pay a certain amount of money and there are different companies that will will give you a lower initial consultation cost. I haven't used that. I was little bit leery about paying for that. So the jury's still out on whether that was a reasonable cost, to tell you the truth. They were responsive. They came out in a timely manner. They did good work. They were friendly. The repairs were effective.

They are located an hour away yet they were prompted, professional, and clean. I have hard wood floors and they brought their own matt's and wore shoe covers to protect the floors. A part for my dishwasher had to be ordered and when it came in early they quickly scheduled they service. Best services I've had from an appliance repair service. Besides the repair to the fridge that I had called them about they noticed my ice maker was messed up and replaced it at no extra charge.

Refrigerator power cord damaged in move to my current location. Took 3 visits to complete the service. Last technician spent an hour and a half in a very hot garage troubleshooting. Mr Appliance provided a new power cord and 2 lbs of refrigerant at no extra cost. Like their commitment to making things right.

The gentleman identifyed the problems and repaired them with parts he had with him.

Part was installed in a timely fashion. The only issue was a noise associated with the drum turning that was not present prior to the service. The noise finally went away after a couple of months.

My refrigerator was leaking from the freezer in large puddles; when Mr. Appliance showed up (Mike, I think) he was very curteous and explained in detail the issue and how much the work order would cost. 2 weeks after the fridge was fixed it started leaking again. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment and they were able to meet with me at my first availability. The technician explained the issue again and did additional rework to ensure the problem did not happen again. Great experience!
