They said it wasn't repairable. They were quite professional. They did a very good job diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, it was something that wasn't cost effective to repair. My interaction with them was fine. They seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very friendly. They did a very thorough job. They knew what they were doing.

Perfect. Dyer was fixed. Timely arrival. Cost effective. Technician was very professional and courteous.

These folks are great to include the technicians and the office staff. Mr Appliance diagnosed and fixed the problem but we had to work through a home warranty company to get the parts. Felicia in the office worked with me and the home warranty company when the parts were not delivered. Without her help, I don't believe the problem would have been resolved. Highly recommend the company.

He was scheduling 2 weeks out, so I called another contractor. I have asked them to refund the $90, but have not heard back.

Both the receptionist and the guy they sent out were very friendly and professional. I could have bought a new microwave for about the same price, but I built my cabinets to fit the existing one and was afraid a new one might not fit as well.

The technician showed up and said it would take 20-30 minutes. He worked on cleaning the vent for an hour and then stated he couldn't get it cleaned. He said there was a birds next in the duct somewhere and too many elbows in the duct work and that we would need to get the entire duct work rerun to our dryer. He offered a full refund and left. I called another company(Air medic) which came out the next day and cleaned out the duct in about 40 minutes. I'm glad I didn't listen to Mr. Appliance and get my ceiling torn apart to run new duct lines! Mr. Appliance didn't have the knowledge or the equipment to perform the job, use someone else. Air medic said right away that it would take 45min to an hour and that even a birds nest they can get out as they clean the duct lines for hotels, which have longer and more elbows than a home.

From the time we first called them until the repair was completed they were professional and timely. We did have to wait several weeks as the part was on back order, but they came the day after the part arrived. Would highly recommend them. I especially like the way they email a picture of the repairman to you.

Jeremy was extremely professional and personable. He sent a text and called to notify me when he'd be here, and he was exactly on time. I didn't have any idea where my townhouse dryer vent was, so he checked a few places and found it was on the roof. After a short time of hearing a vacuuming sound through the vent indoors, he came inside and pulled out the dryer and checked the connection there. Brought his own rug to wipe his shoes, and he put on paper booties while indoors. Procedure took maybe a half hour. I was really impressed by the professionalism, punctuality, and pleasant manner of the tech, and I would definitely use them again and recommend Mr. Appliance to others.

Todd was awesome, very sociable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Was in and out in no time, got straight to business and fixed in a matter of 25 minutes after conducting a function check to ensure everything was good to go. He'd cleaned up after himself and hauled off the old heat cool and trash and even parked out on the main street rather than the driveway which was nice too. I will definitely be calling this repairman again if anything comes up in the future!

Will was very helpful and courteous. He came at the tail end of my service window but called to tell me about halfway through that he would be there towards the end of the window. He repaired my washer, talked me through, and was in and out quickly. I like that they use email and the web for scheduling, unlike a lot of local outfits that haven't caught up with technology. A little more expensive than some other services, but at least you know they are bonded and insured.

I thought it was extremely expensive. They had minimum charges that were very high. The repair guy they sent out was very nice and professional. However, he didn't know how to fix the dishwasher. He repaired it (he thought) but they had to come back out again to really fix it. The manager came with him. I thought he was rude.

The whole experience was not good. The mechanic that came out did a good job. He did what he was supposed to do but he didn't find any problem. He did find a foot missing off the bottom of the washing machine and he put a new one on. It's a $3 part. As a side note, the chain had come off our ceiling fan. My sister was there and when he came into the room she asked him to hook the chain back on the fan. He did, and she gave him a $10 tip. When I called this morning to discuss the fees, the owner said, "Well, he had to stop and work on a fan, what did you expect?" I explained that he only put the chain back on the fan and he got $10 for doing it and the owner was not aware of that. When I complained about the fee, he said if I'd prefer, he will come back and take the foot back. Eventually, I was told that my money would be refunded but that's not the way I like to do business. I'm very disappointed with the whole situation and dealing with the management. I have worked with Mr. Appliance in my hometown in the past and have been very pleased.

We called Mr. Appliance on May 18th to schedule someone to come out to our home to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator. It was important to have someone come to fix the repair prior to June 2nd, because the closing was that day, and this needed to be fixed prior to the walk-through and closing. The woman who answered the phone at Mr. Appliance scheduled the repair the following week (May 28th). The day before the appointment (May 27th) another woman called and said they did not have a technician, and she stated, "I don't know why SHE even scheduled it!" Well, the next available appointment was for June 4th, but that was too late. Very disappointing.

First, they came and repaired the dryer, replacing a broken switch and ordering replacement knobs. I contracted for duct cleaning of the dryer duct - good idea as they got out an awful amount of lint. I had to call them back (my fault, not theirs) and they came the same day - even though it meant he had to work later than 6PM. Mr. Appliance is reasonably priced, very knowledgeable techs; totally connected so they can see what parts they have, they can schedule followup on the spot, order parts on the spot via a tablet, etc. I really liked not having to wait for the tech to call the office, check on parts, etc. Very very efficient and competent. And reasonably priced. I will use them for all my large appliance repair needs - though I hope I don't have many! Very, very impressed with the company.

Consistent leak has not been a problem since the date of the repair.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a repairman. So professional and a great experience. He came the day I called. Had the parts in stock. Shifted his schedule around to come back in 2 days to completely tear down my refrigerator and get it back running. My compressor had seized up and some electrical parts were actually melted. He saved me spending $1500 on a new refrigerator.

I was very impressed with the quick response. I had used this company a few years previously for an issue with my dryer and with my dishwasher. In those instances, the service was just as proficient. I opted to sign up for a program that includes Mr. Appliance and other service companies. I did not regret this. When I called this past winter with the problem with my washing machine, the technician arrived on time. It did not take him long to find the problem. As stated above, he showed me the part of the mechanism that was worn out/broken, and talked to me about my options: replace the part ($$$) or buy a new washer. I opted to buy a new one from Sears. I have recommended this company to others.

The tech came out, checked every part inside the dryer before moving on to verifying that the electrical supply and cord were correct. The problem turned out to be that the wall outlet had gone bad. It was good that they did diagnose (correctly, replacing the outlet fixed the issue) the problem, but annoying that it was the _last_ thing the tech thought to test, rather than first.

See above. Felt the price was very reasonable for the service call and work that was performed.

I couldn't have gotten better service with the second repairman.

Matt has always been someone I trust to refer to my customers but recently I was able to see how good they are in person. His team showed up on time, fixed my refrigerator which kept me from having to buy a new one. Thank you for showing me what I already knew, your team is the best!

Excellent service, Will was professional & friendly. Got estimates on fixing frige & microwave also while he was here. Let me know up front cost of fixing microwave, for its age, would be high and I would do better to buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty and advice. By far, best service I've experienced since moving to Wilmington 10 years ago - wish I had found them
