Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Side Dryer Vent Cleaning.

Description of Work: There were two separate occasions. One was to fix a broken dryer belt and the other to clean out the dryer vents. Did a great job.

Description of Work: Replaced Ice Maker. Thought it was a little expensive but the part itself was around $ 140.00 plus shipping.

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance fixed our washing machine. He had to replace the motor. He was very nice and professional. There are some other repairs we need done, and we will definitely be using Mr. Appliance again. We are extremely happy with their service.

Description of Work: Matt made two visits -- the first was to diagnose the problem with our old upright freezer and the second was to replace the defective part. He was very knowledgeable, gave us good advice, made the repair, and was very prompt and professional.

Description of Work: They replaced the temperature control for the fridge and repaired the return air vent back into the freezer. They also replaced the water filter. After they replaced everthing they said to set the fridge and freezer setting at the factory recommendation. We did so, left town, and the fridge completed froze up. By the time we got back, the water filter and housing had cracked causing water to leak into the fridge. They came back for an assessment and said they'd cover everything, including a new control module which likely caused the fridge to freeze up. These guys are awesome.

Description of Work: I contacted them to possibly repair used washer and dryer. The first visit they didn't show up due to the person going to the wrong address. They did eventually acknowledge it was their error, and made it timely the second time. They did a great job assessing the worth of repairing both, cleaned out the lint hose in the ceiling as a bonus. A major part was needing to be ordered, which they did timely, and installed it on the next visit. Very satisfied with the end result.

Description of Work: Service call identified 8 year old washer problems. Cost to repair $500+ and no guarantee washer would perform without other issues. Decided to purchase new washer.
