Description of Work: Washing machine was sounding very unbalanced and walking all over the place. The tech assessed that the only problem was the leg adjustments had become uneven. Quick simple fix. Ended up getting my dryer vent cleaned out as well for a reduced rate.

Description of Work: My ice maker stopped working and also my filtered water. At the first visit, he determined that it might be a value in the rear of the refrigerator. The part needed to be ordered and a few days later, he returned, and had my ice maker fixed and the filtered water line working again. I also took the opportunity to inquire about which brands were good as far as kitchen appliances. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: My dishwasher stopped working. Turned out the digital panel needed to be replaced. Part was ordered. Company kept me informed of when part should be in and when it arrived by text. Tech came out day after part arrived to install it. Very nice people to work with. Got back to me very quickly. Technician very nice and professional. Receptionist I talked with very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them myself for any future repairs.

Description of Work: At first it was a drain pump problem so the cost was lower. It was also discovered it needed a new electrical panel which of course increased the price. I was very pleased with our technician. Extremely polite and a hard worker.
