+ -1 moreAs they are now strictly consultants, we requested a design to fit within a specified budget. Design was fantastic and unique, and owner is very pleasant to work with. The only problem is that despite reaching out to multiple contractors, I could not implement this design for anywhere near what the budget was. As designed, it would have cost me double my budget. So significant compromises had to be made. Other than that, a positive experience.

+ -1 moreAbsolutely amazing. We cannot recommend Tracy McCullen highly enough. Over 25 years of service speaks for itself! In these tough economic times, everyone wants a good deal. Tracy delivers with a high quality product at the right price. His staff are extremely conscientious and made sure we were included in the entire process. Clearly unique and the way it should be. Highly recommend Tracy and his staff!
Description of Work: Although we are still a work in progress, I felt compelled to post my comments now! Tracy McCullen is absolutely the best landscape designer we have ever used. As his company is named for, he created a truly Unique Landscape and designed a two phase installation, pre-pool installation and post pool installation. Currently we are still having the pool installed, however, Tracy's genius created an incredible landscape design that transformed the front of our house which is impeccable. My pool installer and fence installer both commented how gorgeous our yard looks and the transformation was amazing. If you are looking for a exquisite landscape, no matter what your budget is, I would highly recommend Unique Landscape. Tracy is the ultimate and consummate professional and listens to the client, the operative word is listens. We had a budget and he provided us with the maximum amount of services, both product and installation. We can't wait for phase II! Phase II completed on Tuesday October 30, 2012 and as in Phase I Tracy and his team did an oustanding job in finishing our backyard which is a complete tropical oasis! We could have never envisioned the transformation from a pool surrounded by dirt to be turned into a Hawaiian Paradise laden with palm trees, mondo grasses, banana plants, weeping willow trees, with a meadow of zoysia grass. I could go on, but suffice it to say Landscape Unique is top drawer and we highly recommend them to anyone that wants a high end job done at a quality price!
