Description of Work: Repaired an outdoor storage building, including roof, structure and a new floor

Description of Work: The installed stairs with railings at the back steps for my mother and a railing at the front for her. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. All looks wonderful

Description of Work: Cole installed a new vinyl door and repaired/replaced associated floor and sill rot, plus some minor carpentry work on our deck. His quoted price excluded materials. He was very thorough in his work, and very attentive to detail. We are very pleased with his quality of work and the price paid.....a great overall value.

Description of Work: Pressure washing, installation of 2 new storm doors, and painting of exterior wrought iron porch supports were the initial jobs. Getting the estimate was a challenge as Mr. Crabtree evaluated the wrong house and gave the estimate to my puzzled nextdoor neighbor. The pressure washing looked good, but required purchase of more supplies above estimate. The painting was also good - no complaints. The storm doors look much better from the outside than the old ones, but I have since found out that they were not installed properly. The "door closer" has a toe lock, and this was installed at the top of the door where I can't reach it with my hand to hold the door open for carrying things in and out. Mr. Crabtree installed a second closer at the bottom of the door to help the door latch properly, but after installation of the second closer the door would not open more than about 18" wide. Throughout the job, which was spread over several non-consecutive days, there were at least 3 occasions when I was told they would be here to do the work and they didn't come or call. I don't like to give a bad review, but I don't think I would hire Crabtree Carpentry again.

Description of Work: Made an appt with Cole. He arrived on time for the appointment , gave an estimate for the job. Said that he would be out of town but would have someone else do the work. He was suppose to call me the following evening to see if I wanted his helper to do the work. I never heard from him

Description of Work: Hang 4 large mirrors, repaired our cabinet's laminating,tighten hand rail. Added graphite to front door for ease of uses.

Description of Work: We had several items to be done. Cole hung 2 mirrors, replaced screen door handle, sanded and painted about 8 small areas where cabinets had been replaced, hang 3 small shelves and replace door seal. Outside he replaced rotten wood and caulked and painted and fixed several spots on the roof.

Description of Work: I'm sorry to say that he was a two-time no-show. He had some really good reviews, so I was looking forward to working with him. He initially said he would come on a Saturday to give us an estimate. We wasted an entire Saturday waiting for him, but with not so much as a phone call he was a no-show. He called a few days later and said he was sorry he did not make it out. The next attempt was for 3:00 Sunday. The weekend appointments were his choice, not mine - we actually left an event early to be home by 2:30. I told him I was available every day of the week except this past Saturday. Again, no phone call, no show. My time is valuable as well, and the fact that he did not even have the courtesy to call when he was not going to be able to make it is unacceptable. There will be no third time.

Description of Work: 2 new electric outlets, threshold, hookup portable a/c heater, supplies to paint. could not finish work (not paid for) due to flooding of condo by rain . Having other work finished soon.

Description of Work: This company replaced and repaired old and rotted wood on my house, cleaned, caulked and painted the house, fixed several smaller items around house (leaky faucets, etc),, added doorway on my porch, installed an air conditioner and doggie door in my clay studio, I am sure there was more that I cannot remember at this moment.

Fixed leaking tin roof. replaced triple sliding doors and re trimmed all doors HUNG CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!!!! AND WILL BE TAKING THEM DOWN!!! Recaulked sky lights replaced cedar siding Fixed sagging fence gate.
