Totally unreliable. They came and wanted $100 just to inspect the possibility of the job. They made an appointment to come look at our electrical system. They did not keep the appointment, and did not call until the next day. I do not do business with people who are not punctual.

I could not have paid for better work. This young man is a craftsman hat puts his name behind his work.

I messaged this business through the Angie's List messenger to obtain an estimate regarding the cost of replacing an exterior door in my garage that had some damage to the wood. In the messaging conversation I was quoted a price of $225.00 to replace the door. I made it clear in our conversation that I did not have the prehung door and offered to purchase it and have it at the home and was told that I did not need to do that but that he could pick up the door. He did not mention that there was an additional charge for the materials. This business agreed to come to my home February 8th and stated he would come by, measure the door, go pick it up and come back and complete the installation. He arrived on the afternoon of February 8th, tried to repair the door in place as it was and then told my wife that he would be back tomorrow to complete the installation. He told her at that time that it would be between $225 and $250 to complete the repair. He returned the morning of February 9th to complete the repair and after all the work was done told my wife that the cost would be $390 for the services provided. He told me at this time via phone that the extra cost was the price of the door and that the $225 only covered labor. I do not feel like I was provided an accurate estimate to replace the door. I was never consulted regarding the cost of the prehung door and how this would affect the total cost of the work. I would not choose to use this company again as I feel he was intentionally deceptive with the estimates provided and took 2 days to complete work he told me would be finished in one day.

Cole arrived on time, gave me an estimate and went right to work. All of the work was overhead work that due to ongoing nerve issue in neck I have been unable complete myself. I got tired of looking at the boxes and waiting until I felt like I could do it myself. I called him on Tuesday, he came out on Thursday morning and by lunch time the work was complete. Well worth the $100 spent. I am already making my next list for him to complete.

Cole does a good job completing minor type of home improvement. The home is a rental property. Cole usually needs materials paid direct to the hardware store. Easy transaction yet an additional effort to have work completed. Very friendly, very reasonably priced work. I would recommend Cole to anyone looking to complete miscellaneous home improvement work.

I am pleased with the quality of work and the price. The ceiling fixtures work, are centered, and look great. He was not punctual. We were put off almost a week from when he said he would be able to get to us. The days he worked at our house, he was consistently late. I wouldn't say they were respectful of time or space (didn't knock on closed doors when they came through to measure, stayed too late- after 6pm- without asking if this would work for our family, and did not get the work finished in the time they said.) If you are looking for good quality of work, a reasonable price, and a "jack of all trades" type of worker, this company would fit your needs. He does, however, not keep dates and times as estimated by himself and does not communicate effectively enough for me to use him in the future.

We loved everything about the team. The tile looks perfect. Steve and Cole were awesome guys to work with and I will defiantly make sure to give them a call for upcoming jobs. They took their time to make sure that everything looked great and had patience with me., Being I was 9 months pregnant at the time. They even gave good tips to keep it looking nice throughout the year. Thanks again guys it looks great. Wish I could leave a picture if the finished job.

Contacted me when he said he would, did excellent work and cleaned up the area after finishing the projects. Price was reasonable.

A great set of workers, Very diligent and professional and hard working. A couple appointment conflicts, but the work was high quality, high quality materials and they did more than I expected. I would definitely hire them again.

He responded to my contact and told me he'd come on Saturday, 5/3 to do an estimate. Then, he called me that morning and said he couldn't make it until Sunday., but, MIGHT have a chance to come by late Saturday. HE NEVER SHOWED UP either day and didn't call to say why. I waited both days for him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

He worked for us for a few weeks with many things. Rehung door, shower grab bars, replaced door locks, moved chandelier, new storm windows, redid shower stall, and cleaned up after all. Cole did a great job for us and we would use him again when needed.

Cam and Carl did a great job. Good communication leading up to the project; project cost was as advertised; professional, respectful and courteous. Will definitely use again. , The work he performed was excellent and he is easy to get along with. He had agreed to do other things, but decided not do them at the last minute. He would show up maybe 2 days a week. He was working on other jobs at the same time he was working on mine. I liked his work and would hire him again.

Carl and Cole have done many jobs for me over the last 5 years and always do a wonderful job. They have done everything from changing the breaker all the way up to building an extension onto my shed. They do wonderful work!!!

I called Mr. Crabtree about looking at my dishwasher which had begun leaking water. Although his company van with all his tools and equipment was being repaired, he came out on Saturday to help me out. After looking at the dishwasher and discovering the leak was not repairable (I agreed), Mr. Crabtree visited the local big box store to look for a replacement dishwasher. He found a reasonably priced one, which turned out to be on sale with my big box store card, that he recommended because of his personal experience. He worked with me on the purchase so I could get my personal discounts, etc., loaded it in his personal vehicle and took it to the house. During all of this Mr. Crabtree took a lot of his time selecting, staying through the purchase and loading the dishwasher without charging extra. The installation went well, he tested the dishwasher and hauled off the old one, doing his usual excellent job of cleanup. We are extremely happy with the dishwasher he recommended. Mr. Crabtree has become our go-to person for all our handyman needs.

I contacted Mr. Crabtree and set up appointment for him to look at the job and estimate cost. He made the appointment and called me next day with firm cost. We agreed on price and set schedule for the work. Schedule was modified due to heavy rain. He made a door recommendation which met my approval. I paid for door, per our agreement, and he picked it up. Per our agreement, he replaced the rotted frame, installed the new door and pressure washed the house - all on schedule. All the work was excellent; and, he cleaned the work and hauled away all debris and old door. All contact was very professional, friendly and timely. He is very thorough, helpful and willing to work around our schedule and needs. We will definitely use Mr. Crabtree for any future carpentry or handyman jobs.
