Sent Mark an email on Sunday and he was at my house Monday. Fantastic response and service! I purchased the fan I wanted and had new shingles from previous repairs. Mark was very flexible and accommodating.

I got what I needed, plus some!!! After living up North, I was accustomed to "Johnny on the spot service" by service providers. When I moved to coastal NC a few years ago, I've been very disappointed in many providers that just never show up to quote or do the job! I was thrilled to have selected Constructive Solutions for my roofing repair. When I saw rain water running down my wall, I had a feeling the leak problem was going to encompass more than the roof. I needed someone that would be able to repair numerous problems. I found Mark under roofers but saw he was "handy" in more areas than just roof repairs. Mark personally took my call within a few rings and within a few hours, he was on my doorstep helping me plan repairs. He actually started work that same day! Within a few days, Mark and his son Eric repaired my roof leak, replaced rotten wood in the walls and crawlspace and re-sheetrocked my wall. While they were here, Mark also repaired some "sticking doors" and my wire racks that came loose in my bedroom closet. We've been thinking of repainting our wood dormers but Mark and Eric suggested we try a washing solution and sure enough, even though we pressure washed just a few weeks ago, the algae growth came off the house without the need for paint! What more can I say, these gentlemen were terrific!!!! Their clean up was awesome and they remained professional and responsive throughout the process. Thanks to Mark and Eric for their exceptional professionalism! If I were you, I wouldn't call anyone else!

When we contacted Mark, he was quite busy, but came by on a Saturday for an initial assessment and discussion of terms and availability. He was able to start work about when he thought. It was my impression that he was skilled, experienced, and hard working. While performing the original work scope, he noticed some other things that needed to be fixed, which I appreciated. Most of the work was performed on a time and materials basis. I was hesitant about this at first, since I have had bad experiences with other contractors working on a time and materials basis. In the end, I believe his work was of good quality and was a reasonable value. I will call Mark back for more work, as the need arises.

Mr. Marcley contacted us 1 day after I contacted him from Angies List. He arranged for a personal walkthru for tasks needing done when it was convenient for us and for him. This was about 3 weeks before he could start. He said he could start after the completion of a prior commitment. He provided us a tentative start date and followed up about a week prior to his estimated start day. He was true to his word. He performed general repairs to the exterior of an older two story house. He replaced all the shutters, removed the downspout from nowhere and filled all holes. The rusting metal roof was repainted with sealer. Mr. Marcley repaired the vinyl siding and and leaking areas where the initial work was shoddy. He made a general repair to the detached garage, also fixing the siding. Several broken windows were also fixed. He did exactly as he was contracted to do and in a time frame that was acceptable to us. He finished up this week and sent a nice thank you note to us. I would most certainly contract with him again and highly recommend his work.

Work was professional and done in a timely manner. Communication was frequent and I was asked daily for feedback. They were very helpful in placing my refrigerator and stove back in place at the end of each day so that we could live close to normal while the work was in process.

In every case my phone calls and emails were answered promptly. In every case Mark promptly came out to look at the problem and provide an estimate. Mark was easy to work with when scheduling the work. I felt like I could trust Mark to do work at my house without me being there. I felt comfortable having Mark do these jobs when my spouse was home by herself. Every repair was done correctly the first time. Every repair has held up without further issues. At least one job - the bathroom drain re-plumb, required a less obvious creative solution because the plumber who did the work when the house was built glued the entire drain system, trap and all. I consider myself a handy guy and didn't know what to do with this problem. No problem for Mark. I recommend Constructive Solutions whenever anyone asks about work I think Mark and his crew might be able to do.

He came out and located the problem and got it taken care of for me. It was more than I wanted, but it saved my house.
