Description of Work: I don't even know where to begin. first of all this service provider is neither bonded nor insured as she states she is. the money I spent was well over 3 times what was quoted to me. she showed up without trash bags, paper towels, or even a broom! the job never got finished, largely because at the end of the second day of my paying for a three person crew that never seem to be making any progress in spite of the fact that they were staying until eight and 9 p.m. at night, I discovered that one of the employees whom the business owner referred to as her adoptive daughter, had stolen a bottle of prescription pain medication from my nightstand! Consequently on the third day that they came, the state troopers were there to greet them. the district attorney just closed that case a year later and I was reimbursed for the cost of the drugs but of course not for the tons of money that I spent to have my house left as though tornado had gone through it! the employee pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and I was sent the money to compensate me for the cost of the drugs that were stolen. It turned out that this woman had an extensive spreadsheet involving drug charges.

Description of Work: She kept changing persons that came to help her. Last one was terrible and then the house was not completed the last time I had service. She came back but about 5 days later to finish. Had broken a lamp, knocked over lamps, chipped a dish and found a dent on my TV. In the beginning when she was cleaning with the same people things were fine - then went downhill. She is a nice person. I'm sorry it turned out like it did.

Description of Work: Did a pretty good job on the deep clean, but a few areas, like bath tubs still had the calcium film since they used the enviro cleaners. Overall great service and very nice, would recommend and use again, just would request commercial cleaners be used that can cut through the tougher things. Will use again.

Description of Work: They did a great job. I had alot of buildup in my bathroom since it is an older home and they took care of it. Three ladies came and cleaned my bathroom, living room, formal room and kitchen. I was hesitant to have someone over since I had other bad experiences with larger companies but Ms.Katherine's company renewed my faith. I called on Friday and she was able to meet my needs on that Monday...I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, if you want your house to sparkle and smell wonderful after a hard days work...call Clean Sweep! Thank you ladies!!!!

 + -1 moreKathryn and her crew of 2 came at the time specified and cleaned the entire house top to bottom. I have two cats and knew that since they shed, that extra work might be required, particularly at the baseboards. When I came home, not a hair anywhere! They scrubbed the baseboards, cabinets, inside the oven and refrigerator, the light fixtures,----everything! All was sparkling and clean-smelling. Kathryn asked me to take a look around and make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work-- I certainly was! Wow! I am so happy--and I definitely made arrangements to have her come regularly to keep it up---. The initial deep cleaning was the amount she quoted.

The light fixtures, blinds and fans were cleaned as well as all my wookwork. The kitchen and bathrooms received really special detailing. Cabinet fronts were cleaned and renewed! They cleaned and scrubbed to the last detail. My home is just spotless now. Kathyrn is really sweet and delivered on all her promises for an excellent job. This was the greatest Christmas present I've ever received!

Even cleaned inside light fixtures, inside of the lampshades, baseboards, woodwork, kitchen cabinets, the tops of the doors, EVERYTHING. Kathryn is a serious business owner who is anxious to make things perfect. When she asks if you saw anything that needs attention, she really means it. I am happy, happy , happy with the services and will have them come on a regular basis. If you think I'm easy to please, think again.

For the most part her cleaning was thorough, but I always found that a couple things had been missed after each visit. I think this could be easily remedied by using a check list, but its not my place to tell her how to run her business. Its been over two years since we parted ways, but I thought I should update my review online just to be accurate. I wish Kathryn the best and hope business is going well. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Kathryn and two of her wonderful employees, Anna and Angie, cleaned my house today from top to bottom. They arrived right on time and after a quick look around got straight to work. They cleaned everything in sight, out of sight, out of reach, and areas that I have avoided cleaning myself for five years (since I moved in). They paid great attention to detail. I even caught a glimpse of Katherine dusting the tissue box and hand soap dispenser in the bathroom! They scoured the bathrooms, vacuumed and mopped the floors, dusted the blinds, the furniture and accessories, cleaned all the glass, shined up the stainless steel, and even wiped out the inside of the refrigerator and cleaned the oven. This is in no way a complete list of everything that was cleaned, I just wanted to give whoever might be reading this an idea or what to expect. I tried to stay out of their way as much as possible, but with a baby and a dog our paths were bound to cross a few times and they were very accommodating of me. I have used other cleaning services in the past and Kathryn did an excellent job in comparison. I plan to have Kathryn clean on a bi weekly basis. She did a very thorough job.

Description of Work: Kathryn gave my house an excellent cleaning from floor to ceiling. She did my ceiling fans, my baseboards, all my woodwork, my blinds, etc. I was only expecting your normal cleaning of dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom and kitchens She did SO much more. She even tolerated my little Yorkie following her around without complaints. I would highly recommend her for any household, large or small. She is thorough, professional, and courteous.
