Clean Sweep

All went well. They were on time and worked the whole time. Katheryn had 2 helpers with her.

I called Ms. Price and asked for an emergency clean as I had family coming for the week of the fourth. She adjusted her schedule to help me out. Prior to their arrival I had painting and drywall work done. The house was a terrible mess and everything was covered in drywall dust. Despite the significant mess they managed to throughly clean everything. They cleaned blinds, baseboards etc. They now clean my house on a weekly basis.

We had Ms. Price clean our newly purchased house before we moved in. 2100 sqft. She and her helper did a wonderful job of cleaning the WHOLE house. They cleaned everything. The house including the bathrooms sparkled. She was very responsive, gave me a wonderful price and advised us of a few issues with the house that we had not noted on inspection. I was extremely pleased and would use her services again.sparkle

Incredible! The amount of detail Clean Sweep provides far exceeds expectations. They met with me the day before the service was to be provided, walked through, and let me know about everything ahead of time. They did an amazing job, cleaning corners of the house I didn't know people could clean.

I was very pleased how diligently she and other worker worked. As discussed prior to appointment, she took minimal breaks, stayed focused and on task. She did not chit chat as is often the case. Kathy walked into the house and did a walk through to get the layout. She told me her plan. Then they began their tasks immediately. I highly recommend her if you need a deep clean, especially a move out or move in clean.

I was so pleased! Kathryn, Bianca and Maurice showed up and deep cleaned my entire home in 4 hours. They worked fast and did a very thorough job. They were polite, professional and so kind. I will definitely be using Kathryn on a regular basis!

Katherine and her assistant were great. They showed up on time and reviewed their cleaning process before starting. They worked from back to front and top to bottom and were very methodical in their cleaning. They pointed out new house flaws for us to add to our punch list (some were one's we had not noticed) and recommended both what to use as well as what not to use on our wood floors and granite countertops. Katherine was very good at keeping track of the actual time they worked in our very large (3200 square foot) one-story home. They did a very thorough job in just a little over four hours and my wife and I were both pleased. We will be using Katherine on a regular basis!

Overall the experience was acceptable. Only issues had to do with time management. Had to adjust my schedule due to late arrival and work suffered a little at the end of the day.

Kathryn and her helper were wonderful. I hired her to clean my parents' house, which was quite a tough job. She did an amazing job, was highly professional and was as kind and sweet as she could be. Both my parents are elderly with physical conditions that don't allow them to clean like they normally would want. They (as well as I) very much appreciated Kathryn's hard work. professionalism and sweet spirit. I would highly recommend Kathryn and her company any day.

Kathryn shows up on time, sometimes she even comes a little early which is great. She and Maurice clean the house from top to bottom. She uses good cleaning products and good equipment like her new Shark vaccum. They always ask questions if in doubt about anything instead of just assuming and doing it their way. They are very accommodating regarding scheduling around our trips out of town. The house looks and smells great when they leave.

Very well. Dependable, on time, never missed. Did what she said, pleasant, honest, loyal, flexible, reasonable and 100% trustworthy. Has an excellent assistant. Very neat. Nice to work with. Great team who perform quality work. Highly recommended.

I recently found out that several members of my extended family were arriving the following week. Being a busy self employed bachelor I was both delighted and dismayed by the news. There was just no way I could make the house "presentable" in that short of time without putting in extra hours and possibly resenting my relatives. . I asked around and received a stellar referral of Clean Sweep from a friend who had found herself in a similar situation. I had never hired a cleaner before, so I really did not know what to expect. Kathryn Price of Clean Sweep arrived with her crew promptly at 10AM and before I could even identify certain trouble spots they spread out and attacked the dirt like a 'white tornado'. I had arranged for the specialty "deep cleaning" and took off to get some work done myself. When I returned a few hours later, I was literally stunned by the outcome. Even today, a few weeks later I am discovering clean places where I would never have cleaned myself. A convert, I arranged for Kathryn and her crew to come in every few weeks to maintain the level of cleanliness ...even though I keep up with most things better now that I have seen how good it can get! Highly recommended!

Ms. Price and her crew are always on time, efficent, hard working, and professional. In the past year, I have no complaints with the level of service I have received from this company. I would recommend her to any of my local friends without hesitation.

The crew arrived on time at an hour convenient for my schedule. Little explanation was required as she understood already what was required to make the property revenue-ready. The cleaning of appliances was particularly demanding but her crew made them look like new. She even took linens to her home to launder and place on beds! I paid extra for some window cleaning and the work was done well and worth the money spent. Kathryn and her co-worker are friendly and courteous and obviously experienced. I would not hesitate to use her service in the future and I recommend her highly.

She had been with us every other week, or more if we could do it, for over a year. She was always rushing,fired her crew 3 times and complained a lot. She also did all of the surfaces, and no other extras like laundry. If she ever washed a stray sink of dishes,not expecting her to do them cause she did not normally, she made a huge point out of how she did that for me, and that she did not do it for many people, as if she thought I was special and what a rouse that was. She was very rushed,always and even initially, and I knew it ,but I fell for it and thought they did a good job-- I just never had time to go over any of the house afterward with her and she made no few minutes, or tried to inspect it with me, even as most people would do, or ask if everything was ok.and then at the end after about a year, she was finally rude. She did not return my call about her not showing up ,and I counted on and trusted her to stay on with us and we never had discussed anything like her leaving suddenly. She had not complained nor had we. If anything I wanted to increase number of times cleaning, if she had the time. I would have offered more $ if she had come forth. There was erratic behavior. When she left there was no call back or reason or anything, just slack. She always insisted on cash or a check, and charged us extra of we wrote a check...yet I see she says on here that she accepts them; she fired her crew about 3 times in a year, she wasn't there all of the times as planned, I stripped beds if I wanted them made up, and they did not do a very good job at this simple task of making it up nicely and did no laundry, etc., and often wouldn't do it at all if I overlooked putting out the sheets...without even looking for the sheets. The linen closet is in our one downstairs hallway! It began to feel like she just wanted to get her $ and get out. She overlooked thorough cleaning underneath furniture, as I found things under and behind it when she had left. Once she left and did not return in the past several months and had no contact from her. (when she did not have to even do the whole house as we were working on re-building and painting part of it), I have tried to keep up and thought she would return. It is not good business. We travel and I cannot always follow up on details well, but I trusted her attentiveness. I have found that she did not clean well, and rate it below average since she did not dust beneath furniture and sometimes even rugs! She also would always leave the rugs while the floors were drying(in a huge hurry) so they could leave, hanging them on any chair or table nearby. I had thought she was doing it well. She was not. I am very disappointed that you run her ads like you do, with a high rating based/weighted on "did they do what they were supposed to do"...that is very minimalist. Angies list needs to re-consider that it is also intimidating to write details when the provider is able to read them and sources as well. She also would come by first to get the money sometimes, and if we were out and had not left her $ then sometimes she simply left and did nothing. She obviously only cares about the money.

I made the appointment and called a few days ahead of time to confirm. She forgot about the appointment but was able to make it. I was her first AM appointment, scheduled at 9am and she arrived at 9:45am after I called to see where she was. At first appearance, I was pleased. The house smelled wonderful and clean. However, I do not know what she used on the chair rails/walls to wipe them down, but I still have a noticeable long white mark in my dining room. She told me about it when she was leaving and I honestly forgot about it until later that day when I noticed how bad it was. I've cleaning that mark 3-4 times and it is now better. But having burgundy walls, the area was large and very noticeable. Also, after they left, I walked around and inspected further. My bedroom had dust collected in all the corners. I was specific to her that I wanted extra attention spent on the woodwork and floors, so this was very disappointing. Although my bathroom was ok, the other two in my home were not cleaned very well either. I need another cleaning service next week and I have hired a different service. I also think for $225, they should not be taking breaks to go outside and smoke.

They arrived on time; Three workers and went right to work. Baseboards that could be reached were cleaned. Cabinet doors in one bath and kitchen were not cleaned. dust was left on living room fan blades, very visible although they used blade brush. Dust left on other items, doorbell chime and wall speakers were left untouched; After cleaning, toilet plunger was left on carpet in bedroom and toilet brush and holder were left on back of toilet; many items were left where they had moved them to clean under or around them, not put back in place. I found dust balls under a living room chair that had been moved and not replaced and also the living room floors were not fully mopped. The group did not bring some supplies they needed for cleaning so they used my supplies and cleaning tools. All in all, I was very disappointed. I did not get a discount for selecting them from Angies List which the ad said I would and then to find that my house was not near as clean as I had expected for a deep clean. Not a professional demeanor.

Was scheduled to meet at the house this morning at 9am. Waited till 920 and then called her twice and now 9 pm at night and still no communication

Called Kathryn Sunday afternoon and she was able to work me in Monday morning. Was a bit late but called to let me know. Had to use more bleach than she anticipated in order to get the main bathroom clean. She put in the effort to get everything clean and I would recommend Clean Sweep if you want to make sure it was as clean as humanly possible. One thing I had no idea was that Kathryn told me that a steam cleaner can do a very good job of cleaning grout around floor tile if grout cleaners can't. Who would of thought?

My family had been in our house for several months when we called Kathryn. We had moved and were waiting for things to settle before we hired a cleaner. As a result, Kathryn had to deal with a VERY dirty house. She and her team did a fantastic job on a great deep clean of the whole house - getting off the ground-in grime I thought was permanent! They now come regularly to help keep the house clean and my sanity intact.

Kathryn is a LIFESAVER. I had been out of town for weeks, and came home to find that my previous cleaner had not been cleaning -- OR cleaning up after the pets while I was out of town. It was a disaster, and I had my realtor coming to perform a yearly inspection the next day! In a panic, I called Kathryn, and she was able to squeeze me in immediately, through lucky cancellations and a fortuitous open spot in her calendar. I could not be happier with the service she provided. She showed up very punctually, even though my house is outside her normal range of driving. She was friendly and incredibly professional the entire time she was in my home, and didn't balk at all with any of my pets or at the absolutely horrific state my floors were in. She was perfectly up-front with me about the state of my house: in five hours, she could flip it from top to bottom, but given the extremely limited time she was working under for squeezing me in at the last minute, she could at least do the floors and baseboards, as well as the bathroom. I'd only asked her to do the floors, and was delighted to find that she and her assistant were not only fast, but accurate, detail-oriented, and as close to perfectionists as I've ever seen. She's one of the most reliable, professional people I've ever had in my home, and I'm entirely confident that my realtor (and I) are going to be thrilled with the way the house looks! Her prices are MORE than fair, her attitude is easy to deal with, and I literally cannot imagine anyone being dissatisfied with the service Kathryn provides. If you use her services and you're not happy, take it up with me!
