Description of Work: I've been using Bug-n-a-Rug for a little over a year, since moving into my new house in 2013. They treat both the inside and outside of my house every 3 months. Wilmington, especially those areas close to the river (where I live) has issues with "waterbugs", aka, the American Cockroach (the big ones). Since using the company on a regular basis, there has been a marked decrease in roach sightings. In fact, I haven't seen once since March of this year. They are prompt, courteous and efficient. I don't know how their prices compare with other companies.

Description of Work: We had rodent,termite and moisture problems in the crawl space. They removed the damaged insulation and vapor barrier, treated for the rodents and termites--which includes checking and replacing rodent baits quarterly and 1 year of termite checking, replaced vapor barrier, installed dehumidifier. Everything was explained in detail, they were personable and considerate and took away all trash. This house has a large footprint and 3 stone porches that were also treated for termites, so we feel the cost was reasonable.
