Company admitted they were not completing the expected crawlspace inspections, and billed for it anyway with no attempt to contact me about difficulty accessing crawlspace. Awful customer service.

Charlie Butcher and his crew showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They provided quality materials and workmanship at a fair price. Working with them was a pleasant no stress experience. I would definitely use their services again if/ when the need arises.

Their price was by far the best. They were quick to answer any questions but they didn't give a lot of information up front. I was given no contract. It was not done properly the first time so they had to do it again 2 days later. They were quick to fix the problem but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. It caused a lot of extra stress and worry. After the failed treatment they offered to place traps and have someone come do a full house check 2 weeks after the treatment. Even though we feel the job was done correctly the 2nd time, they failed to leave the traps or schedule a follow up appointment. They were 90 min late for the second treatment.

After moving into our new home, we regularly encountered small spiders and other unwelcome insects, so we called Bug-N-A-Rug based on a referral from our neighbor who receives their quarterly service. The appointment setter was able to schedule us for the next day and the technician arrived on time after calling ahead to confirm that we were home. Colton was professional and very accommodating of our pets which was a concern for us. He also took the time to thoroughly explain each of the interior and exterior treatments and answer any questions that I had. I'm quite happy with the pricing and level of service offered on the initial service call and will definitely continue to use Bug-N-A-Rug and recommend them to others.

The service went well he was prompt and got the job done. This is a yearly contract. They repeat this complete service every 3 months, also if you should have problems during the intervals they will come back and redo for no charge.

These guys are great. We encountered only one minor problem ever with them and they did a wonderful job of fixing the issue. My highest measure of a vendor is how they address a problem when it happens. When issues occur and you fix them promptly and to exceed your customer's expectation, you rock! Thanks to Stan and his crew.

We have used them since the second house and we use them at my husband's office too. We pay a quarterly fee of $70 and we had to pay around $350 for the bond. We have a dog so I don't want the normal pest control or spraying. They bait the termites and check them. They inspect the insides of the house once a year. If the bait stations have termites in them then they put in some poison in the bait and reset it. They put it in the ground so there is no pesticide box all over the yard. I definitely feel pretty good about it. The technicians that they send are not creepy. I am a stay home mom, so that is important and I don't mind that they are in my house or in my yard. They just call and ask me if they could come out and I don't have to be here when they do. I never really worry about that.

We've been satisfied with their work. We haven't had any termite damage, and we've been using them for twelve years.

They are really good about coming back in between calls, and they don't charge for it. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for 6 years and I never had an issue. I would rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them, and I have been with them for several years now. I don't have ants or termites or anything. I pay $95 every three months. They are doing their job, and it keeps the bugs away, and I don't have to deal with pests. They are very responsive. I have not had to call them in between services. They keep track of things. They call and check with me if the day they are going to come out is feasible for me. They do come out every three months. I am very satisfied with them and would rate them highly.

They seem to be very good. They also go to our rental properties quarterly to spray. Quarterly spraying is $40 a month. They do good service. I've never had a problem or an issue. They renewed our termite bond for our residence. It was quite expensive but I love them although they are quite expensive. They were very neat, careful and good.

I live in 2 different houses. Every time they have one of their exterminators come out, they are very knowledgeable. I have asked specific questions about bugs that they knew. They call to let me know that my quarterly payment is due. I don't even have to be at home when they come and they just spray on the outside and I appreciate that they keep track of that and I don't have to deal with it. I don't have much contact with them but they have been very professional and friendly. I asked one of the exterminators about a bug and he said that he honestly didn't know about it and I appreciated his honesty, as he did not try and make it up. Someone always answers the phone when I call and the person who answers the phone seems to have as much knowledge as the people who come out.
