he was very prompt & knew what he was doing. I was surprised that the ice maker looked exactly like the one that stopped working. Told him if it stops again I will resort to ice trays!

The unit is old and he warned me that this repair might not last, but those vertical combo washer dryer units are not cheap to replace, so I went ahead and spent the $386.00 to repair the unit. Unfortunately, the washer dryer unit failed again about 6 weeks later, so I've had to spend the money to purchase a new one. He spent more time than he estimated making the repair, and I give him credit that he stuck to his original estimate and didn't charge me more. I would use him again, he seemed very knowledgable.
