Baker Roofing Co

From the beginning, I was impressed with Baker Roofing. I requested three estimates from different companies. Kevin Cook from Baker responded immediately and came the same day with samples and info on the company. He was the only one who did this. He was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, showing a desire for my complete satisfaction in material selection and with job performance. One company, Flores & Foley, never got back to me with an estimate. I'm not sure if that was because I said I would not be interested in anyone who wasn't insured and bonded. Highland Roofing did come out on a timely basis, but gave me an estimate on a less expensive material without new attic fans which was higher that that of Baker on a better grade with new attic fans. Kevin stopped by occasionally to make sure everything was going well. Dean White, the project manager, was also often on site during the job. The work crew did a great job, showing up on time every day and cleaning up before leaving at the end of the day. They worked hard and knew what they were doing. The gutters were replaced by Jeremy Vanhoose's crew of Flow Masters as arranged by Kevin Cook of Baker Roofing. Everyone was so accommodating, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Baker Roofing to all who need a new roof or repairs and Flow Masters for gutters. Their pricing is competitive and their workmanship excellent. It is important for me as a widow to have confidence in those I contract with, and Baker certainly earned that and lived up to it every step of the way. The best testament is a leak-proof covering, and there were very heavy rain storms after the installation which proved that it was.

They did a good job with both projects. The only downside is that they are a little pricey. They did excellent work. They did everything that was required on the roofing in terms of up to code. I made sure that they did everything that was required to be done and they did that and more.

Overall, they did a really good job. They really have good customer service. We did have a few issues that needed to be addressed afterwards and they were quick to resolve the issues. I would recommend this company as well.

It went very well. There were no problems with the company. They were professional and got it done on time. They gave me an estimate prior to doing the work and it was around $7500.
