Enjoyed working with Van (sales guy). He was always prompt at answering questions. We worked well with my siding contractors schedule. Would Hire again. Ask for Van - great guy.

Filled out online quote request, 4 days, no call. Called and spoke to lady who said they would "Put me at the top of the list", over a week now, no call.

Very well – Hot day but finished in a day even though I expected two.

Smooth and Efficient !!! We were also having a new porch erected. Baker Roofing coordinated with the porch contractor to install shingles after porch was completed. Baker Roofing started work 5 1/2 weeks after initial evaluation. Roof was done in 2 days. Gutters were installed a week later in one day. One gutter position was not satisfactory. They came back out about 2 weeks later and fixed the problem. Baker Roofing asked for no money until the job was done to our Satisfaction ... Everyone from start to finish was professional and respectful !! I highly recommend Baker Roofing !! They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay extra for quality work and I GOT IT !!!

I was impressed by professionalism and responsiveness of entire team. The agreed to the work at a time of abnormally heavy & frequent rains that necessitated a delayed start but project & site managers personally put carps over problem chimney area immediately; kept us informed of damage found.

Salesman was polite, helpful, and efficient. Project manager and crew were great to work with, courteous, job knowledgeable, & busy & cleaned up good.

Mark Leitheiser was the Baker Roofing representative. He was punctual, polite, professional, and very accommodating. We had some delays getting started because my response to his (very thorough and professional) estimate went to SPAM. Once we sorted that out, Baker Roofing (or at least Mark) was very responsive, good at communicating, managing my expectations (due to the amazing amount of rain we've had), and ensuring I was satisfied. They performed the job over several days due to rain delays and my wife and I were amazed at what big differences small changes (maintenance really) made in the look of our home. I would definitely use these guys again and encourage anyone looking for roof work to do the same.

Insurance company authorized roof replacement in January 2015. Sought bids. Elected Baker Roofing in March. Work performed 21-22 March.

I thought they were quick, reasonably priced. I was really pleased with the quality of the work.

The deck was completed excatly as we wanted, to protection, the employees were eager to please, very helpful and very responsive to all e-mails, etc. You can have complete trust in Baker.

The company rep arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He reviewed the home inspectors report then went up the ladder to check out the problem. He was able to make an immediate adjustment to some flashing that resolved the problem. I have called Baker Roofing on two occasions and will continue to call them for any roofing problems.

Great! The company was terrific. The quote was detailed and completely explained to me. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. The crew that worked did a great job -- it is a messy job, and they did well to clean it up at the end. At one point a bundle of shingles fell of the roof and broke the front pane of glass in my bay window. they were excellent at replacing the entire pane of glass and ensured that it was installed correctly. The roof has been on now for over a month and so far so good! it has a guarantee of 50 years and 130mph winds. Here in coastal NC, that is very important.

Rep came out looked over roof, discussed recommendations, explained options, choices, warranty, process, prepared quote. Answered all of our questions to our satisfaction prior to scheduling, worked with our schedule interest. Even during the process a rep visited to observe their work and our satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased with their work and are happy to recommend the company.

Baker was the highest cost of three bids that I received. Estimator was very friendly, punctual and professional, but cost was just too high.

Several wind and rain storms moved through during the early spring. From one visit to clean the house to the next, we realized we had a leak in an upstairs bedroom. I called Baker's Roofing, which I have used in the past, and asked that they send someone out to look at the roof, and then contacted our insurance company. The insurance company suggested I have someone put tarps on the roof so that there would be less damage inside if more rain came. I asked Baker's to do this and they gladly put tarps on the roof. The first available time to re-roof the house, was a total wash out due to bad weather. I was called and asked if they could re-schedule due to the forecast for bad weather. We agreed on another date. As expected and promised the roof was removed, and a new one was put back on it. NO Summer rentals were lost, and there are no more drips! Thank goodness there is a company that I can trust!

Provider arrived on time and worked full days. Clean up was performed each day; however, numerous nails were found in the planting beds and the lawn after the provider had completed the work. A few areas of the new roof were not installed to the level of quality that I expected; but, when contacted, the provider responded immediately with a solution and the re-work was performed in a very timely manner.

The estimator was very up front regarding the estimated cost of the two jobs. He was very honest in the opinion that the jobs might not give me the relief I wanted from excessive heat & humidity under the roof.

We received quotes from four different roofing companies and Baker was selected for a number of reasons. First, the sales rep. did an excellent job of presenting the whole picture of the work to be done, how it would be handled and what we could expect when all was finished. He was outstanding! We then spoke with a number of our neighbors who had also used Baker and the other organizations for their roofing needs. In every case, Baker came out on top. Baker's price was right, the materials they used were excellent, and the crew simply outstanding! The crew, though coming from almost 200 miles away, were at our home and ready to work at 7:00 am as we expected and were simply fantastic in the performance of their respective responsibilities. I was amazed at the detail in with which they were constantly cleaning up the worksite as an on-going function of their work. Large sheets of plastic were placed on the shrubbery around the house. All "valleys" and roof penetrations were carefully covered with leak barriers. They even had a magnet attached to a small machine which, at the end of the job, was run around the yard to be sure any and all nails were picked up. I cannot complement the crew enough! They were highly professional, courteous and answered all questions I asked as I watched in awe at the speed and efficiency of their work. By the end of one day they were finished and the finished "product" was and is excellent! I cannot recommend them more highly!

Job well done. Gave estimate quickly. Scheduled quickly. Arrived when they were scheduled and performed work to satisfaction the 1st time.

It went very well. We had used Baker before in Wilmington, NC to do some repairs, so they were the first and only call we made to do the inspection. They were easy to get in touch with via email and very easy to work with. The inspection they did included a full report with color photos of all of the items identified, both minor and major (we had nothing major though). It included an estimate to repair everything that they noted as well. The only down fall is that they are definitely high priced. But you get what you pay for, and in this case you get top quality.

Baker's quote exceeded the other bids by @ $10,000.00 for the "same" roof. I should note that Baker planned to use a particular type of underlayment over the entire roof that the others planned to use (in combination with another underlayment) only in specific areas (as recommended by the manufacturer) where our climate/conditions dictate. My research indicated to me that this was part of the added expense, but possibly also either "overkill" or a mistake. I tried to reach the sales person, leaving a message and asking if there might be a mistake. No response. Postscript: After reading my review, Baker Roofing contacted me by phone wanting more details. The person I spoke to promised to get back to me to explain what happened. Nothing...crickets. So, I've downgraded their overall rating. If people can't even fulfill a promise to call back, I wouldn't let them do work for me.

Dealt with sales person Jeff Chafey on phone. Everything was completed quickly and effectively. Paid bill and absolutely no problem.

Great job on roof and cleanup. They have to re-trim a skylight over and have not been back yet.
