I spent around $7000 as had a 3 ton trane and the electronic filter on the system to keep the allergens and everything out. It also included a 10 year warranty and 2 years of semi annual services of the unit. I chose them because 21 years ago, there was a company that had put in a trane unit in the house here which was brand new. The company was earlier called with a different name and after a number of years of using them and being very satisfied with them, they were bought out by ARS and the mangers and the owner of the previous company up until about a year ago were still a part of the staff of ARS. Their service is good. Their prices are very competitive. I would continue to use them in the future and I’m still using them. They were here last week to do my fall service.

They did a really good job and we were very happy with their work. They were punctual and very thorough. They were very pleasant to deal with. The estimate was in accordance with what they actually charged. The system that they advised us to install has really handled very well and significantly lowered our electric bill. It is a much more efficient system than the one we had before and we are probably paying about $100 less a month for power. It is really quite good. The price was fair. They weren't the cheapest, and it was the second cheapest of the estimates that we got but went with them anyway. They were responsive and punctual. They were here when they were supposed to be here.

The experience was fair. There was a leak that caused some damage to the ceiling downstairs. It took them two more visits to fix it.

I was not completely satisfied with their job, I felt that the job took too long to complete. They took the longest with the inspection process.

We are very pleased with this company and recommend their services.

On Sept 3rd,2010 our air conditioner quit working so we called ARS to service it.We bought this unit from ARS 6yrs ago and have been a customer since then.the serviceman came sept.4th to fix it.He replaced the capacitor and had the job completed in 30 min. we recieved the bill from him and paid in full.they charged $231.38 for the capacitor alone.I was told the next day by a friend that a capacitor only cost about $15.00 why was I charged so much ? I called Longley Supply ,I gave them all the information on the capacitor and they told me the cost was $9.00 retail.I ask them about the cost of other capacitors and the most epensive one they had was only $16.49. I talked to Scott at ARS and ask why such a high mark up ? he stated that they had overhead coststo pay,I told him I was unemployedand that was a lot of money for a $9.00 capacitor.He told me what he could do is give me my money back and come and take their capacitor out and I could install the other myself.(SO much for fairness in price !!!!!! )

We contacted ARS via Home Depot for whom they are a service contractor. Their estimate was one of three we obtained for this work and they were within $100 of the lowest estimate. We selected them because of the professionalism and courtesy that their salesman, Heins Meeks, showed us. Curiously, they were also complimented by one of their competitors from whom we obtained an estimate! They scheduled the work to begin within a week of our signing the contract, they began on time, and although the work took an extra day beyond what they expected, they worked steadily until the job was complete. The extra day of work was a Saturday and they worked all day to complete the job. The installers were friendly and professional and reasonably neat. The price was exactly as quoted. We were entirely satisfied with the work and we will continue to use ARS and we will highly recommend them to our friends.

They had one of the better quotes. They came and did the calculations. It wasn't the lowest price, but it was a good quote. When they installed it, they finished in five or six hours.
