Description of Work: Came out as promised, taped up hose, were to order part. Said was back ordered every time I called for 3 weeks. After I got upset the 4th week I was told by the owner to get someone else to take care of my washer. I did. I called on a Thursday, they came on Friday, they ordered the part (had 5 companies to get it from) , came back the following Thursday and fixed the washer. Back Ordered? NOT ordered is more like it!
