The service person who arrived was very likeable, dressed professionally, and extremely knowledgeable. Thorough examination of the appliance was performed and the price was reasonable. Will absolutely use them again if needed!

Work they did was great. Same problem popped up again a few months later and they are working to fix it. Very professional and we trust them.

very well, repairman was knowledgeable and courteous, and left the area in the same condition (maybe better) as when he came in.The repair was made quickly as he had the needed part in the truck with him. he worked quickly and even answered some questions I had about the dryer operation.

I am very pleased with Mr. Archer. He was kind, considerate but best of all knowledgeable about the problem with our TV. And he fixed it! We had already taken our TV to another appliance repair in the city and paid them $50.00 and they did not fix it. They told us that it never went out on them so they didn't know what to fix!! Oh please! Sure enough it started going out on us as soon as we brought it back home. We thought it was a lost cause until I read Mr. Archer's review on Angie's list and he had fixed a similar problem. Mr. Archer didn't have to see the TV go out before he looked inside and replaced what he knew was causing that problem! And it has never gone out on us again! I will definitely use him again if I have any appliances to be fixed.

Our large flat screen TV was blown out during a storm. Mr.Archer returned our call quickly and checked our brand and model to determine if he could get parts. He, came picked up the TV and returned it three days later in perfect working order. He was professional, friendly and courteous. We would highly recommend him.

I spoke with Harry Archer by phone. He took my model # and saide would call me back. When he did, he said that there was a repair kit available that fixes the problem I was havin and gave me an estimate of approximeately $125 for parts and labor. I took the TV to the shop on Market Street in Ogden Town Center on a Thursday afternoon and Harry had it ready Friday morning. The TV has been on 24/7 since gbringing it home and the actual bill was 59.80 for parts and $65.00 for labor.

Archers initially serviced my washer on Sept 20th, 2011. He stated I needed a Central Control Unit and that it would be $370. After not calling to schedule completion of the repair for a week, I called him. He sent his brother out to install the board. The washer still would not work. I called him to let him know and he stated and quot;tech lineand quot; suggested replacing the wiring harness for $130. At that point I countered that it appeared to me the board he installed had not been the issue and that he was throwing parts at it until it was working all the while charging me for each new part. He stated he would and quot;eatand quot; the wiring harness and install it. That was the last I heard from him. Six weeks later and repeated unanswered calls, I still did not have a usable washer. It did not work at ALL. I had to resort to washing my clothes at relative's homes. Armed with my model # I educated my self (thanks to Google) and found a LOT of information on my VERY common problem. Using the troubleshooting guides I found and a voltmeter, I was able to determine the issue and ended up fixing it myself. The actual problem was the MCU, Motor control unit and not the wiring harness he wanted to charge me for or the CCU he did charge me for. What is clear to me is that he did not intend to fix my washer once he had my payment, in spite of my calls. I cannot and will not recommend this company's services to anyone. BEWARE!
