These guys were fantastic. They were prompt, respectful, curious and over all professional. They showed up at my door ready to work with drop clothes and lights in hand. After a short introduction and some "get to know you" kind of talk they jumped right in. They introduced themselves as Kevin (the owner) and Kevin (his son). The were definitely NOT intrusive. They were just the opposite. Kevin (the Dad) inspected the chimney from the fireplace up. I told him that we have not had the chimney cleaned since we moved into the house over 13 years ago. I was really expecting him to jump on the opportunity to say " Oh its been that long, then we definitely need to clean your chimney." HOWEVER, I got just the opposite response. The first word to come out of his mouth was "huh" I said that sounds bad. He then explained that he was impressed with how clean the chimney was. He also said that he would be happy to clean the chimney but it really didn't need it. He continued to explain the factors that they use to determine whether or not the chimney should be cleaned. He then had me lay downa nd look up the chimney and explained what I was looking at and what he saw. After this I got up and he explained that he would only charge a 100.00 inspection and millage fee. Which was half of the 200.00 cleaning fee. After discussing with my wife the results of the inspection we decided that the chimney was safe and paid the inspection fee. I did get a business card and I WILL be using these guys in the future for any fireplace and/or chimney issues that I have. Overall I am very impressed with these two men. They were ready to work when they got here, set up some equipment and got up on the roof. After all that they pretty much talked me out of cleaning because Kevin (the dad) truly felt that we did not need it. I respect anyone who would put my family's finances and best interest before his company's bottom line. THANK YOU to Kevin and his son for a job well done.

Went fine, we've used them before. Everything was done well, I wouldn't say that anything was exceptional, but overall we are satisfied for the price.

Representative arrived on time, was professional, and provided the service in a timely matter. No complaints and would use this service again.

Prep and install new tile(homeowner provided) Next day service after a cancellation: this is the chimney busy season. I looked at the inside of chimney before he did his thing. It looked so much better. He took the flue outside and it looks brand new. We ended up with a bit more dirt on the floor than advertised. He uses a super vacuum to suck out the chimney crap. Either he needs to clean his vacuum filter or close the room off more. Otherwise an excellent job at a good price.

New gas logs are fantastic and much lower cost than competitors.

I thought they were very good. They were efficient, did their job, and I'd use them again.

We needed our fireplace inspected since we had never used it and choose this company because of the good reviews from Angies List as well as local residents. Two men came out and were very polite and professional, laying out a drape cloth in front of fireplace they began to inspect it. The owner took the time explaining what he was looking for and pointing it out as he went along. They did not rush me or try to upsale me. The fireplace/chimney inspection showed it safe to use and it did not need cleaning, however the crown up top was repaired and a large stainless steel chimney cap was ordered and put on. The bulk of the costs was for the chimney cap, he gave less expensive options for caps but we went with the larger stainless. We also needed fireplace doors, he brought in the catalogs and showed us several based on features and price. Again he did not pressure us to buy, just left us the information and told us to call if he could help us again. That weekend we enjoyed a great fire with the family. I would definitely call them back and would recommend them based on my experience.

Two professional gentlemen came into home. One cleaned the chimney while the other explained what they were doing. They put sheet down and cleaned up after themselves - couldn't even tell they were there. Didn't try to get more money for unneeded services.

He came when he said he would and didn't make a mess. He was great. I highly recommend him.
