Absolutely recommend! We had a squirrel getting in our chimney ~2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Although scheduled through the holiday, James made time for a quick look, then found & helped me block the squirrel's access. And, because he'd be returning to sweep the chimney, he didn't even charge for that visit. What a wonderful surprise! Our later chimney sweep was thoroughly & cleanly done w/o soot getting into the house. This is a wonderful, successful family business that I'll definitely use again.

After our chimney cap was blown off, Hurricane Florence dumped a lot of rain down the chimney, caught w/containers & buckets for 3 days. The smell of mold has been in the chimney from a week after the storm ended. This company told me mold could not grow in a chimney, so no cleaning was needed, but he could help us with a new chimney cap. Our request was for a chimney cleaning. Our roofer is handling the new chimney cap, so we mutually agreed he could not help us. The house built in 1996 had a wood burning FP prior to our house purchase & it was later changed to a natural gas burning FP. I am disappointed that he did not feel he could help us, but we will search for someone who can remediate the mold we smell in our FP flue. With the creosote in the flu for years, & now a lot of new moisture over days due to this storm, this new odor from the FP, due to this leaking, must be taken seriously to allow our den to be pleasant to relax in once again.

They arrived on time and went to work. Very courteous and knowledgeable team. They cleaned the vent from the outside quickly and efficiently! We will definitely use this company again!!

I have used this company on two separate occasions, and will continue to use them in the future. The first time I had them out was two years ago for a chimney inspection. They were punctual, thorough, clean, and honest. They did not try to provide more service than needed which was very honorable. They informed me I would likely need a new chimney chase top in a year or two. Well, two years have gone by and I just had them come replace the chimney chase. They are spot on with their recommendations, provide fair yet competitive pricing, and are all around great to work with. I highly recommend All In One for anyone in the Wilmington area!

He came and did the inspection and said it'd be realtively easy to convert but that the Gas company needed to come to do the connections/disconnections. I understood that. When I called back 4 days later to schedule, I got no return call. No response to website. May be out of business. Unprofessional to not advise that was the case.

They were on time, professional and polite. They did a great job and advised me as to any repairs that would be necessary in the future. Will bring them back next year after the spring thaw.

I had a leak in my pre-fab chimney (or so I thought). I called All-In- One Chimney Sweep for an inspection. As it turned out, after a complete inspection, the problem was not related to the actual pre-fab chimney but to a prior repair to surrounding siding which had been done by another provider. This repair work had not been properly sealed and had allowed water to get in. The area was sealed properly to prevent further leaks. I will need to have more work done to repair existing water damage which is outside of All-In-One Chimney Sweeps wheelhouse but I appreciate the patience shown in explaining what had happened and what would would need to be done. They were professional and courteous and I will be using them again in the future.

They answered all of my questions regarding service and fees and were scheduling 2 weeks out. A 2- man team arrived on time, with their special equipment to clean without allowing soot to get into my house. They let me inspect the fireplace before (it's never been cleaned & it's 85 years old) and after cleaning. They recommended several roofers to repair the flashing that was causing a leak around the chimney and gave me a discount for being an Angieslist member.

Very smooty. Arrived here exactly on time and day of appointment, talked briefly about fireplace and routine maintenance. Proceeded promptly to task at hand. Put down cloths all around hearth and adjoining floor. Left everything exactly as it was when service person arrived. We will definitely use the service next year and on a regular basis thereafter. Great, he arrived ontime and was polite and helpful. They put down a dropcloth to prevent any messes. He took apart my gas logs and checked all the pieces for proper operation, cleaned out the dust/dog hair, and put it all together and confirmed that everything looked great.

The guys were prompt, professional, and explained everything they were doing. Before leaving Kevin gave me tips on the best way to start a fire.
