Description of Work: They removed the vents, checked the ducts, and vacuumed most of the ducts. A short in the wiring of their vacuum made the vacuum inoperable with a few ducts to go so they finished with an antibacterial treatment to make up for not being able to finish the final ducts. They found no problems and very little dust in the duct works, which was our main concern since we have not owned the house that long and weren't sure about the condition of the ducts. Their appointment before ours ran a bit long so they were a bit beyond the time frame they had originally given us, but they did call us to let us know and confirm that it would not be a problem for us.

Description of Work: They did air duct cleaning. The work they did was good but they arrived late for both jobs, several hours late for the apartment so I would say poor for timeliness.

Description of Work: They did fine. I was expecting a big system vacuum. They had a spinning brush on a big shop vac. They inspected my crawl space and pointed out a few issues that another Angie's list provider had to come back and fix. All of which is not done.

My property management associate was present, so I am rating the company, the workers, and their service on what was relayed to me, but he was pleased with their work and professionalism. Since he is in the business of home management and repairs, I would say that is a good recommendation and a company we would use again.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and re-stated how the procedure would be done. They were very neatly dressed and acted very professional, went to work and completed the job and cleaned up. They did not attempt to sell us services we didn't need and were careful not to damage or disturb our furniture or belongings. Excellent experience. Would not hesitate to call again or recommend to our friends and neighbors.
